Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beyond the description. It was beautiful and extra roomy. We had a group of bridesmaids stay here for the weekend as we prepared for a friend’s wedding! Having a bathroom in each room was incredibly helpful for couples to get ready for the wedding. The location was extremely private but also close to Chautauqua Institution where the wedding was held. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful when booking. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

The location and quality of the accommodations were we’re better than expected. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was a great coffee station, everyone had private areas, including private balconies. An added bonus was the shower/body spray station in the master bathroom. Highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a place in Ellicottville. Thank you Annamae

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

Joelle’s accommodations were perfect for my team doing work in Seneca Nations. They were able to come back after a long day and said it was like a home away from home.

This house was spacious yet cozy for our family's stay. It was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds! We appreciated the chairs on the front porch and around the fire pit to relax and spend quality time together. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals in and was impressively stocked with needed items which we appreciated. David, the host, is truly a super host. He communicated all necessary information prior to arrival and made everything so easy for us and anticipated any needs we would have. We highly recommend this house as a home away from home that all would enjoy!

Everything was perfect. Local to all our family we were visiting. It was peaceful and quiet with gorgeous views of pastures and sunsets. Loved it. It wasn’t so rural that we couldn’t get to things…we were even able to have groceries delivered from Insta cart from Wegmans’s.

We were very pleased with the Hemlock Air B&B. I cannot stress enough how clean the place was. She provided a lot of little extras in the place to make it truly feel homey. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the TV in the evening. Unfortunately the weather kept us from using the backyard and fire pit. We ate out so we didn't utilize the kitchen but it was nicely stocked with whatever you might need to make a meal. Fridge was spacious. Bathroom was very nice. The shower was roomy and exceptionally clean. The linens were very nice as well. It truly was like a home away from home. It's exactly what you hope for with a stay away from home. Highly recommend.

Amanda was responsive to every question I had, was willing to give recommendations to visit while we were in town. The back porch may have been one of my favorite aspects of this home. Being able to wake up and sit on the back porch and drink coffee while listening to the chickens and seeing the wild life. I would 100% stay here again. Amazing host.

Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended! This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, stylish, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. Communication was seamless, and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, with great restaurants and attractions just a short distance away. The thoughtful touches really made the experience stand out. Can’t recommend this place enough – we’ll definitely be booking again for our next visit!

This house was fabulous for our annual friend's trip! All of us came from various parts of the country and Tiffany's house was the perfect place for the 11 of us. There was plenty of space, a very large back yard that was perfect for yard games, some of which they had for us, some of which we brought. If you're looking for a quite, serene, let enjoyable house, I would highly recommend this listing!

Our stay at the cozy cottage was great for a long weekend away with the family (including our golden). The cottage was cute, clean and just what we needed for some family time at the lake. The dock access was great and even though we were there in October it would be amazing to have dock access in the summer months too! Kelsey, Olivia and their parents were super friendly and it was nice to know someone was on the property in case anything came up. Hoping to come back again in the summer!

We had a great stay at the Blue Oar Lae House! The home was beautifully done and the perfect getaway for our extended family and 2 pups. We loved the lakefront dock, kayaks, pedal boat, and paddle boards. It was a very peaceful getaway, and we would happily return!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The facilities accommodated all our needs. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock and I was able to moor the boat with ease. I have little doubt we will return to the Kingfisher in the future. Great hosts!

Felt like home! Robert’s place has all the touches of a home away from home. It is spacious with many spaces to relax, and plenty of room for kids of different ages to spread out and play. The provided board games, playing cards, and a welcoming screened in sunroom made for perfect downtime. Robert was kind and proactive in reaching out to ask if we needed anything, even weeks before our trip. Definitely recommend!
