The kitnet is exactly what is advertised and offers a great cost benefit. The place is simple but very organized and clean. Bed and bath linens available. The bathroom is also well equipped, with paper and soaps. Larissa was very kind and always quick to answer any questions and to give us city tips. The location is great, it is not even necessary to use the car, as it is close to the resort and the main square of the city, where events take place and from where I also left the tourist trams and trams. The stay in general met expectations and would definitely host me again.

Option with a very good price, great location ideal for those who want to walk to the main points of the city, the city is also very good for driving with many parking spaces. We stayed three days and walked all over the city and we didn't see any beggars, so that's another super positive point. Apartment type flat with bed linen, towels, pillows, plates, glasses, cutlery. The condominium's outdoor pool is very large and beautiful and I believe it is not heated, inside the SPA there is a sauna and another heated pool but as this space was under renovation we could not use it. A warning point is about parking, at the entrance of the condominium there is an access ramp where vehicles are parked, but certainly there are not enough spaces for all the units of the building, in busier times the drivers who arrive later will have to park on the street in front, which I also believe does not have enough spaces for everyone.

The stay was great. The condominium is in a neighborhood relatively close to downtown by car (about 6 minutes). The apartment is spacious, well aerated and was super clean and organized. Bed linens, simple but super-scented. Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and basic utensils (some cutlery, pressure cooker, some pots, etc). It has a washing machine as well. Our pets loved the balcony! The rooms have a mosquito net (although they need repairs, they have helped a lot!) and has a safety net on the balcony. Gislaine was very solicitous and used to respond quickly. Her apartment served us well during the 3 nights we were staying there. An important information is that the condominium, apparently old, has no elevators (if it needs full accessibility, it is not the most appropriate). Other than that, it's a good value.

The space exceeded our expectations. All very clean and organized. The location is also excellent and easy to access. The tips of tours and restaurants that Priscila gave us were very helpful. We love it all, and we've definitely thought about coming back !

I spent the weekend staying with my family and we had an excellent experience. We were very well received by Antônio, who was always available for anything we needed. The apartment is airy, clean and very well maintained. Bed and bath linens were impeccable. It exceeded all my expectations. I definitely recommend it!

The place is beautiful, with surroundings that make you contemplate with pleasure and enjoy the peace. The house is excellent, it has everything a house needs to have and is very cozy. Everything was very well arranged and decorated with affection. The tap water is drinkable, the showers are good, the mattresses too. Ana Paula is a very nice person, interacts well and is quite calm. We really enjoyed staying at this place, we'll be back for sure.

Great house! I spent 3 days with my wife and we felt at home. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, the house is very large. The view is incredible, the rains are very good, the kitchen is well equipped and we don't miss anything. It has a fireplace, bathtub, and a bacaba space in front of the house. For those who enjoy watching TV / Movies, I recommend taking the notebook to connect on TV that, despite being smart, is a little slow for some apps. I highly recommend, Mr. Marcos was very friendly and made himself available for any problems.

We love the stay! The house is a grace, there was a lot that facilitated the day, everything was clean and organized.
