The apartment was well equipped and we were comfortable with our 22 lb dog who is not accustomed to apartment living. The kitchen was well stocked for people who do some cooking. We appreciated the stainless steel pans.The place was clean, comfortable and stocked with items we might need. Towels, laundry detergent, paper products, coffee, tea, a few spices. The area feels safe and the streets surrounding have sidewalks with wide green ways for taking a longer walk. Grocery stores, gas stations and easy access to the interstate.

Loved the stay. Host was very helpful and responsive. Close to Orange Park without the traffic. Loved the pool

My partner and I had such a beautiful stay. Everything was so clean & it was such a peaceful and well decorated apartment. Beautifully organized and had everything we needed. We were so comfortable and at home here & will definitely stay here again in the future. It was in such a perfect location, very peaceful and quiet when we wanted to stay in & a short drive to any place we wanted/needed to go. Jacolby was so attentive and made sure to check in and make himself available should we need anything at all. Little treats upon our arrival made us feel so welcome and set us up for a great vacation.

My stay at Chad's place was wonderful! The location is close to restaurants and stores. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I really enjoyed the balcony facing the lake. there was also a snack basket and welcome card he had on the counter as you walk in that was really inviting!! I would definitely stay at Chad's place again!!!

I stayed in this property for two days. The property is just as described. It had everything you needed to go to the beach, lay out in the pool or use the jacuzzi spa, which we didn't have enough time to use. The house is beautiful, and clean. The game room is amazing! I think this is probably an even better place for families, but def enjoyed it with my friend!

Th house was the perfect distance from the beach! Super walkable and in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Michelle was very responsive and the home was fantastic! Beds were very very comfortable, the screened in deck was perfect for listening to the ocean and the backyard was perfect for lounging in privacy 🙂 We will absolutely be staying anytime we go to Jacksonville!

By far, one of the best Air BNBs I’ve stayed In! The host was very accommodating and we loved everything about this house! The kitchen was absolutely amazing, the AC worked great and the place was insanely clean! The waterfall shower was amazing! The place was in a very nice location and it also felt very safe and peaceful! Would definitely stay again!

We loved our time at this home! The pool was very awesome, the neighbors were friendly, we spent most of our time in the back yard oasis, where we played pool and enjoyed one another. I like that there weren’t any tvs in the bedrooms, kept everyone from separating into groups but instead we were able to really spend quality time together. Great stay would definitely book this listing again in the future! Hosts was polite and responsive.

This is my first time booking on here and I have to say it was a great experience. The inside of house looks better in person in my opinion. It was clean, host was friendly, responded when I messaged, and was flexible when I needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at this cute cottage. I was a little sad you had to pay extra to use the hot tub and grill because I somehow missed this in the listing. However, she explained why and I totally understand. The location was so convenient an easy walk to the beach and to several restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

The place is truly outstanding — newly renovate. The air conditioning works very well, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking. The location is ideal, with great restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Clearly, they have put a lot of care and attention into the details, making the space welcoming and stylish. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

The Mandarin Pearl was definitely a great find! The owner was very polite and helpful. I would love to visit this property again.
