Vacation rentals with a home theater in Istria

Die Unterkunft war hochwertig und neu eingerichtet. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt, was nicht zuletzt auch an dem sehr angenehmen Kontakt zu den Gastgebern lag. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

We stayed 6 adults and 6 kids. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the view. The outdoor kitchen works well and allows you to live on the terrace. Only A/C in the living room - but worked well enough to cool the whole house. At bit of a long and steep walk to the beach and city centre, but the view and the privacy compensated for that. There is a small super market on the street, but restaurants are a bit away.

The location is good. The beach is within a walkable distance. There is a small supermarket not far from the property. The apartment was clean, however there are signs of wear and tear. Good stay overall.

Tolle Lage , super ausgestattet, besonders die Küche ! Highlight mit Pool und Jacuzzi. Eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Können wir alles nur empfehlen!

Ariella has a beautiful apartment in Grado. Easy flat 10 minute walk into town with abundant restaurants and cafes. Huge balcony that offers afternoon sun. Plenty of free parking in the immediate vicinity. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone. Thomas and Ariella were great hosts.

ottima posizione, vicinissimo al castello di Trsat e al vicino quartiere ricco di ristoranti e locali dove bere qualcosa. ci si può arrivare a piedi in 15 minuti. È anche vicino al centro di Fiume, ma meglio muoversi in auto. Facile accesso all'isola di Krk. L'appartamento è molto carino e corrisponde alle foto. Ivana è molto gentile e flessibile. Consigliatissimo!

Uredan stan sa svim potrebnim sadržajima i prekrasnim velikim balkonom. Dolazak je bio jednostavan kao i komunikacija s vlasnikom :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ivana's place! From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccable. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel comfortable and welcomed immediately. Ivana's attention to detail is evident in every corner of the house, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Her hospitality was outstanding, and she was always available to answer any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a better experience. We highly recommend staying with Ivana and can't wait to return!

Black House is really nice, modern, kind of industrial house, made with taste. Roomy interiors, comfy furniture, all the equipment you need for the longer stay and … plenty of details proving that whole place is designed with care. The house is placed in the garden with monumental agava surrounded by rosemary, big nut tree next to the dining table, kiwis on the fence (yep!) and plenty of different succulents in a front of the house making you think of how many different forms life can have. Little bonus, parking side is surrounded by lavender spreading it great smell in the evenings. There is a good choice of nearby public beaches and local restaurants offering very good food. Whenever you need any information in place, there is always available and helpful host. We (7 people) spent there great two weeks. Honestly & higly recommended.

We spent there 4 nights with a group of 9 Teenagers. The house is very clean and there was enough space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and there is also a grill to use. The location of the house is just 2 minutes away from the beach. The owner is very kind. We would definitely recommend the house for young people as well as families.

We had a great stay at Appartment Olivera in Crikvenica. Before arriving i had to contact the host, Marko. He was very helpful and answered quick on my messages. When we arrived Marko’s mother met us, and did her best to make us have a great stay. She is so sweet and one day She came up to us with freshly bakes cake 🤩. We manage to communicate even though my german was a bit rusty 😉 If we needed more help, Marko replied quickly on the Airbnb - message. The place was very nice. We loved the big terrace. The kitchen had everything we needed, actually more than we expected. The beds were so good!! I am a bit picky when it comes to bed.. But these matresses were super 😊 We arrived when it was 38 degrees celcius outside. My husband hoped for an aircondition inside, especially when he was sleeping. The fan was enough for me, but i do understand that it can be a bit too hot inside without an AC. Thanks for a loveli time in Croatia.

Iris und ihr Mann waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden mit einer Platte Essen empfangen. Außerdem war sie immer schnell erreichbar und konnte einem direkt helfen. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Eine tolle ruhige Lage und ein sehr schönes Haus. Zur Abkühlung konnte man dann noch in den privaten Pool. Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Die Stone Villa ist ein wunderschönes Haus, welches sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich ist. Auch der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön und mit der Möglichkeit zum Kochen, Schwimmen und Spielen ein wunderbarer Ort. Schade war, dass am zweiten Tag der Strom ausfiel nachdem wir die Sauna eingeschaltet haben. Andreja und Maksim haben jedoch sehr schnell reagiert und einen Elektriker geschickt, wodurch der Strom bald wieder verfügbar war. Jedoch wurden wir gebeten die Sauna zur Sicherheit nicht mehr einzuschalten, was schade war. Dafür nutzten wir viel den Whirlpool, welcher wirklich ein Highlight war. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, was sehr angenehm war. Was uns durch die Beschreibung nicht klar war ist, dass das Wohnhaus und der Aussenbereich durch eine kleine Straße und den Parkplatz getrennt sind. Somit muss man immer durch einen öffentlichen Bereich um hin und her zu gehen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war jederzeit hervorragend!

This is the perfect villa if you are looking to relax in a cute cozy small village. The villa itself is absolutely gorgeous with so much attention to detail in the decor and decorating. Having individual suites for our group was perfect with just the right amount of privacy yet we still felt close with the open shared kitchen.
