Vacation rentals with beach access in Istria

Eine sehr nette Wohnung, sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen sehr gut ausgestattet. Lucano und Tatjana sind unglaublich liebe Leute, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und Lucano spricht dazu noch sehr gut Deutsch. Tatjana brachte uns 2x kleine selbstgebackene Strudel vorbei!!! Es gibt viel Platz in der Wohnung mit einem sehr schönen Schlafzimmer mit prima Betten, das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig, ebenso das Bad. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Der Sandstrand ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Pula und das Naturschutzgebiet Kamenjak erreicht man in wenigen Autominuten, ebenso sehr viele wunderschöne Badestrände. Es waren unglaublich erholsame Tage bei lieben Menschen, in einem schönen Land mit sehr freundlichen Menschen. Wir können alles nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!!!

Wir waren zu dritt (2 Erwachsene & Kleinkind) und hatten so eine tolle Zeit! Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Die neuwertig ausgestattete Wohnung hatte wirklich alles was wir brauchten. Marko und Jakuv sind sehr nett und waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar - auch für unsere „Extrawürste“. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

É um prédio e um bairro bem familiar e amigável, eu adorei o apartamento, bem decorado e de muito bom gosto, a cama é perfeita ainda mais depois de uma longa viagem. Sergio foi muito atencioso, obrigada.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist sehr zentral, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Viktorija hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und stand jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung bei Moira! Durch Moira und die offene, freundliche Wohnung sowie den schönen Garten haben wir uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an Moira wenden und sie hat uns stets ihre Hilfe angeboten. Der Weg zum Strand ist super kurz und wunderschön! Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub, und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland ❤️

Υπεροχη τοποθεσία για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με πολλές παροχές και όμορφη θέα. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν φιλικη και μας βοήθησε σε ο,τι και να χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξανά επιστρέφαμε!

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Great host who was very helpful and responsive when needed. We really enjoyed our time here, and highly recommend this place to stay.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Top Aussicht,

Tanja e Darko ci hanno accolto in modo amorevole. Sorridenti e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per esplorare la zona e ci hanno coccolato offrendoci prodotti del loro territorio e un’ottima merenda preparata da Tanja. L’alloggio è estremamente curato e pulitissimo, con aria condizionata, zanzariere, parcheggio e un piccolo giardino recintato perfetto per viaggiare col proprio cane. Situato in zona tranquilla e comoda a raggiungere il mare con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Raggiungibili a piedi anche un minimarket, il panificio e un ristorante. Consigliatissimo! Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Unser Aufenthalt bei Andreja und Dalibor ließ keine Wünsche offen. Schon die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft und der selbstständige Check-In liefen reibungslos! Das Haus ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern, es fehlte uns an nichts. Neben der wunderschönen Bucht (fussläufig) und dem tollen Küstenspaziergang nach Ravni haben wir aufgrund des Wetters besonders die sehr gemütliche Couch genossen. Andreja erkundigte sich zudem nach unserem Wohlergehen und war jederzeit und schnell erreichbar, wenn wir sie kontaktiert haben. Tolle Gastgeber!! Danke sehr!

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt - ein privater Strand ist direkt daneben, zum Ort geht man 5 Minuten und wundervolle Spazier-Wege sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und als etwas in der Wohnung nicht funktionierte wurde das Problem prompt behoben. Die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet - zum Kochen ist alles da was man braucht. Sveta Marina ist ein sehr ruhiger Ort und man kann sich hier gut erholen. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Wir hatten drei wunderbare Tage in dieser herrlich ruhigen Unterkunft. Suzana ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin – jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir am Abreisetag noch bis zum Abend bleiben durften, da keine neuen Gäste kamen – das war sehr entspannt! Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und morgens haben wir uns frische Croissants vom Bäcker in der Nähe geholt – einfach perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank, Suzana – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal bei Jasna & Vlado und fühlen uns in Dajla sehr wohl. Meee ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Konoba mit leckerem Essen noch näher. Bäckerei ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Jasna und Vlado kann man jederzeit kontaktieren und sie sind immer freundlich.

Apartman je jako čist, uredan i odlično opremljen. Domaćica Doris je vrlo draga i susretljiva te nam je dala odlične prijedloge za aktivnosti u Fažani.

Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, einfach zu finden und Ksenija ist eine sehr proaktive Gastgeberin.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

It is newly refurbished, spotless, with all the necessary amenities, and just about the right size for a couple. The place is very easy to find, and there is a beautiful view just a few steps from the main door. There are lots of fantastic restaurants, a market with fresh produce, and lots of other interesting places within walking distance. Dezi was super helpful and very friendly. Great for a relaxing vacation, if you are planning to work, there is a high table with bar chairs which might not be ideal for long work sessions, and the WIFI connection is poor, so have a reliable connection with you. Wonderful place and host, highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

Apartman je potpuno odgovarao opisu, plus dodate sarm koji ima uživo, i onda je jos lepsi. Prostor je relativno mali, ali sjajno organizovan. Sve je na svom mestu. Stancic je tih, ususkan, topao i romantičan. Natasha i Sammuele su jako proaktivni i dele sve informacije unapred. Ostavljen je čitav "book" preporuka sta da vidite, gde da odete, gde da jedete. Ulica je dva minuta od obale. Stan je na četvrtom spratu što će vam dati sjajan pogled, sve do dvorca Miramare.
