Fabulous views, beautifully situated, very well provided in the kitchen, good bathrooms and lounge area. Very nice balcony. Quite surprised at how far from the main road we climbed to reach the property but well worth it. If you don’t climb a mountain, you don’t get the view!

We had a very nice stay. The house was super nice and we also enjoyed the pool very much. The Dord Bresč is beautiful and has a great bay that is easy to reach on foot. A restaurant and a great cafe, which invites you to drink in the evening, is also available.

We had a very nice stay on Lovran. The location is very well close to a small bay for swimming. The center is just a few minutes walk from the property. It has also been very quiet and on the terrace you can relax well. The A/C also greatly facilitates the stay, because without it we would probably have melted in the hot weather. Due to the A/C, it does not get too hot in the rooms even at night. The host was also very friendly and open-minded. She was also always open to various questions. All in all just to recommend!

Very helpful owners, they gave us the option to check in early, the girl who welcomed us spoke good English, so the communication was excellent; the house is located in a quiet complex, well equipped with everything you might need, internal parking available ( very useful since the area does not have many other parking spaces)

Nice apartment with good views. It was pretty close to a lot of shops and restaurants and also to the beach. The only downside was that we could hear everything from those who stayed upstairs. But apart from it, everything was great and I would recommend it and would stay here again.

The accommodation is new, very well maintained and clean, there is everything you need, even air conditioning is available. A nice terrace with loungers and table group to sit outside is also there. The location is in the middle of nature and sometimes you even get to see deer :). Perfect place to relax. The beaches or the city are easily reached by car. Very nice and helpful hosts! We were very comfortable. :)

The house is beautiful, it matches the published photos, but live is even more beautiful. We found it very clean, and really super equipped, from the robot vacuum cleaner to all the possible utensils for the kitchen, many dishes, cups, glasses, knives of all kinds, there is even the capuccinator. The hot tub is wonderful. The location is really great to reach all the beaches of the island in a short time. A 5’ drive away there are many very well-stocked supermarkets. Thomas from the real estate agency is very kind and really helpful, and the owner is the same. Really a 5-star stay! Really a stay

Our family was truly impressed with our stay! The apartment exceeded our expectations—it looks even better in reality than in the photos. It’s a paradise for a short vacation with kids, offering a fantastic swimming pool and plenty of entertainment both inside and outside. The barbecue area is excellent, perfect for relaxing evenings. Ana, the owner, was incredibly attentive, always in touch, and ready to assist with anything we needed. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. If I could, I’d give this place 20 out of 10! Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect getaway.

It was a unique and incredible experience. We stayed at Villa Kalina 1 week, everything was perfect! In real life, even more beautiful than the photos. Careful in every detail and in terms of services offered by the accommodation, absolutely nothing is missing. Super great and strategic location, we have nicknamed it the "Villa of the 5 minutes" because it is 5 minutes from the center, the beach, the supermarkets, etc.. in parallel as a Host there was Sara who was very helpful and flexible for all the info at any time. He is definitely a 5-star Host, along with his parents who were very helpful and friendly! We'll definitely be back for another week of relaxation, I think it's the best place ever since I use Airbnb! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place, fantastic panorama and welcoming hosts.

The house was very nice and much better equipped than what was stated, everything was there, especially in the kitchen there was nothing missing (3 coffee machines). Everything was very clean and prepared with love for detail. Aleksandra welcomed us warmly and provided local tips and asked again and again if we needed anything. We felt very comfortable! The garden was perfect for 2 kids and the dog too
