Apartment vacation rentals in Istočno Sarajevo

This is a wonderful AIRBNB within easy walking distance to Sarajevo's beautiful Stari Grad (the oldest part of the city). I was here with my family and the space is clean and spacious, with a lovely outdoor space as well. Ajsa and her family were very kind and helpful. If you are driving, please be aware that the streets are narrow and driving up to the house can be tricky. But Ajsa can help you with this and there is a designated space for your car. A wonderful AIRBNB--will definitely go back there if I have the chance to return to the beautiful city of Sarajevo.

Great city apartment 10-15 minute walk to Old Town. Really close the the river through town. Had everything I needed and the host was every responsive and friendly!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was absolutely wonderful – clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions we had, which made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. The location was really convenient as well. It was easy to find and close to the airport, which was perfect for our arrival and departure. While the house is a bit farther from the city center, there is a bus stop right in front, so getting around was never a hassle. Considering the quality of the house, we thought the distance from the center was completely manageable. Thank you for everything!

Staying with Maja and Nedim the last few days is one of the best decisions ever! My partner and I enjoyed our stay so much, it felt like home and the apartment basically has everything we need for staying for nearly one week. We made amazing memories at Sarajevo! Maja and Nedim were very responsive and helpful. They didn’t mind all the questions I poster and answered me patiently. Definitely one of the best stays! Would love to revisit again sometime in the future 😊 Thanks for all the recommendations in terms of where to visit and restaurants to try! You both are the best.

I think this was one of the best places we’ve stayed in! Very helpful and proactive hosts, I really appreciate every little detail that clearly been thought through. Great idea with little guide around local spots that we received upon arrival. Very flexible so we could drop our bags and just get back to wonder around the town. Don’t know what else I could mention as I wish all places were so much organised and welcoming like this flat.

Good location for exploring old city, max 10 min walk. Parking just outside. Kind and responsive host I was worried about no AC but it is very cool as Hamza correctly described and it was not needed. Would recommend staying here if wanting to be close to old city

Great place a short walk from the old town! Super clean and has a balcony as well, plus a washing machine and drying rack. The parking spot is very convenient as well

We had a perfect stay in Sarajevo, and this lovely accommodation contributed greatly to the experience. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with modern decor. We slept really well as the new mattress was super comfortable. The apartment was warm, spacious, light and very quiet. Perfect for a good night's sleep. The coffee machine made our mornings so good too! The coffee provided was very delicious. Sarajevo is very hilly and the property is on one of those hills but unless you have mobility issues, this isn't an issue. It is really only a 10/15-min walk from the old town and only 5/7 min is uphill.

The place is new, clean, elegant, complete, and its view is wonderful. The host is cooperative and friendly. I hope to return to him again

Amina was a very friendly host. She supported us a lot in everything. The location of the apartment was exactly what we wanted. It is a place we would stay again if we come to Sarajevo again.

great for a short stay

The apartment is comfortable, elegant and quiet. It’s near two parks and about 15 minutes’ walk from the old town - a very handy location. Eva & Almedin were responsive and helpful hosts. Strongly recommended.

The apartment was so beautiful we spent most of our time in Sarajevo in the apartment. It was just so nice we did not want to leave. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to feel that they have stepped back in time but still have all the modern conveniences of today.

Great host - flexible with check in, and check out. Also helped book me a taxi on the last day. Large flat - all amenities, comfy bed. About 10 mins on the tram from the old town (tram stop about 5 min walk from the apartment) - trams are very frequent.

Had an amazing time here! Stayed for 3 months and it felt like home. The flat has everything you need to live well and enjoy your stay. It is clean and is very well-equipped. Lovely, comfortable living space with amazing view of Sarajevo. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, easily accessible to the tram system, taxis, markets, and cafes. Frequently walked into city center and enjoyed it very much. Excellent, friendly, and helpful host! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

I had a fantastic stay! The communication with the Dunja was excellent—super responsive and helpful from start to finish. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great host and central!

Amar olac is amazing. located in a very strategic place within walking distance to main city centre. the apartment itself is very beautiful, spacious super clean and amazingly cheap. Amar as the host is super friendly, very accommodative and responsive, very helpful, even to our last minute requests. we are super satisfied with the place and the host. now i can understand why his place is on top of list. will definitely return there if i go back

A fantastic home from home in Sarajevo! A perfect apartment with every mod-con, even with a hot tub! Just a few minutes' walk into town and perfectly placed to explore Sarajevo. The view from the bathroom window is not to be missed!
