Great place in Perledo. Close to market and bus station. 7 min drive to Varena. Very fast communication and clear guide.

Ein sehr schönes und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Apartment. Die Aussicht ist exzellent und die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen und geniessen ein. Sarah ist eine sehr herzliche zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, welche uns auch verwöhnt hat. Die Kommunikation ist einwandfrei. Ein Ort, den wir bestens empfehlen können. Vielen Dank

Die Unterkunft bietet einen unvergleichbaren Ausblick auf den Comer See. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe abseits der durch Touristen überlaufenden Orte am See sucht ist hier optimal aufgehoben. Der Weg dorthin gleicht einem kleinen Abenteuer, welches Dank der Wegbeschreibung gut zu meistern ist, sofern man sich der Herausforderung italienischer Straßen stellen mag. Fußläufig ist die Unterkunft nur erreichbar mit zeitlich sehr grosser Aufwendung und körperlicher Fitness.

Lieber Roger, Wir haben uns in Deiner Traumwohmung megawohl gefühlt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung ua der Weber Grill auf der Terrasse waren der absolute Gamechanger. Der Ausblick auf den Lago war noch viel schöner als auf Deinen Bildern. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße

We enjoyed our time at the Sunset House. There was a beautiful view on the lake, Rubens was very friendly and easy to communicate with, the house had everything we needed and it was great that our dog could freely walk around in the fenced garden.

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

This place is amazing! Super tranquil, excellent view, location is superb. Birgitt and her co host are very kind and easy to communicate with. The house is stunning and has so much character and charm. I’d come back anytime.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön - die traumhafte Aussicht das absolute Highlight. Die Räumlichkeiten sind super aufgeteilt & das Haus ist sehr charmant. Würden sofort wiedwr buchen! Nur die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Es ist nicht ganz einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Ein magisch schöner Ort im Centovalli. Das Rustico ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und empfängt einem mit dem Charme eines alten Tessiner Bauernhauses von 1791. Die Kommunikation mit Stefano hat sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Woche.

Wir sind sehr erholt aus diesem Urlaub zurückgekommen. Kristina ist die perfekte Gastgeberin, immer bereit zu helfen, Tipps zu geben oder den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe. Der neue Pool ist top gepflegt und die komplett eingezäunte, riesige Gartenanlage für Hundebesitzer und Familien ein Traum. Der Blick in alle Richtungen ist herrlich. Das Haus ist ein super Ort, um abzuschalten, aber auch sehr gut gelegen für Unternehmungen (50min bis Mailand, 5min zum Lago Maggiore, tolle Wälder, Berge und Seen ringsum). Bestimmt auch im Frühjahr und Herbst ein toller Startpunkt für Wander- und Mountainbiking-Touren; Kristina kennt tolle Routen in der Gegend. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt und sonst hätte sich Kristina wahrscheinlich ein Bein ausgerissen, um es zu besorgen. Wir haben uns einfach nur wohlgefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Another great find in Sesto for both work and pleasure. Emanuele's place is ideal for one or two, close enough to everywhere but very well equipped throughout; not to mention some great little treats. I will be returning.

Avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison pleine de charme de Noemi et Tommy . Bien que l'accès en voiture ne soit pas facile , une fois que vous êtes arrivés vous êtes récompensés par la vue époustouflante de toutes les fenêtres sur le lac et les montagnes !!! C'est assez magique !! Tout est pensé pour que chacun s'y sente bien , l'appartement est propre , joliment décoré l'endroit est calme , le village est accessible à pied . Bref tout était PARFAIT !! La communication avec Noemi a toujours été claire et agréable .

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en goed geïnformeerd door Lorenza! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, alles is aanwezig en alles was super schoon. De tuin is mooi groot en omheind met een hek zodat de hond ook heerlijk vrij heeft kunnen rond lopen. Op het terras kan je heerlijk genieten van het prachtige uitzicht en van de rustige omgeving. De communicatie met Alberto was ook super, reageerde altijd snel en vriendelijk. Alberto en Lorenza bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid, de kans dat we nogmaals komen is groot! Casa Longhi is a beautiful place located right in the centre of this historic village and close to the lake. The casa is historic (built in 1456 - note; the plumbing has been upgraded since! 🤣). It retains its old world charm and ambiance. It is has a very comfy bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is a bonus. Nicolo is a fabulous friendly host. Highly recommended - Grazie.!!

Cristian’s place was dreamy! The balcony was absolutely stunning and the accommodations were perfect! Beds were comfortable, plenty of space and Cristian thought of everything! We had a lovely snack and cold drinks waiting for us, which was an especially lovely touch.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was within easy walking distance of the train and ferry stations and the old town center. The view from the patio and living room was lovely. One day was rainy, but the covered parts of the patio and open doors from the living room made for relaxing lake and mountain views, even in the rain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was handy for cooking a couple dinners, and the washing machine was small but convenient for a couple quick loads. Communication and check-in went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Hat viele Stufen und der Aufgang ist eng, das muss man bedenken! Der Ort Lesa ist sehr gut zum entspannen. Zum schwimmen und SUP fahren perfekt! Viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe oder auch Umgebung! Wer shoppen möchte und Trubel haben will muss nach Stresa oder Arona gehen/wobei uns Arona mehr gefallen hat! Wir haben immer unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten somit viel erkunden! Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Michele’s condo was perfect! We walked there easily from the Milan Central Station, enjoyed coffee on his balcony, appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and strolled the streets. Communication and check in were prompt and clear. We especially loved the elevator! Thank you Michele!
