Ideally located at 10 minutes walk from the snow front, 2 minutes walk from the funicular or direct access to the slopes, ski in ski out. Nice area of 55M2 with balcony facing South/South West, view on the mountains and the slopes without opposite.

Fully equipped studio located on the 1st floor, free parking at the foot of the residence. You will find a sofa bed 180*190 cm and also a bunk bed 70*190 cm. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave and refrigerator. - Abundant storage The bathroom is completely renovated with a bathtub and towel dryer. Separate toilet. The loggia allows you to enjoy the outdoors with views of the mountains.

Our apartment has been renovated and furnished recently with care. Everything has been designed to be practical, harmonious and very comfortable. The bedding is first choice (160 bed / 160 sofa bed). The building is very well located (facing south) next to the funicular which takes you to the start of the slopes (2 mins away). The view of the mountains is spectacular. The 9 m2 terrace is a real plus in all seasons. Private parking in the basement.

Access this atypical place by a hiking trail from the village of Saint Etienne de Tinée (climb of 10 minutes/500m/50m d+). Once you arrive, make the most of this haven of peace: South exposure, view of the village and the mountain, terrace with outdoor dining area, 5000m2 of land, wood stove- this former Grange from 1770 has been renovated all comfort. On the edge of Mercantour Park, St Etienne-de-Tinée offers many hikes from the village and surroundings. A 10-minute drive is enough to reach Auron resort and its many activities.
