A villa of two independent houses, built in two floors. Inspired by the humble complexity of the Cycladic vernacular, the 4 en-suite bedrooms have unobstructed views towards the Aegean sea and unfolds around an outdoors living area that can be used throughout the day in the true spirit of laid-back summer living.Shaded outdoor living spaces by two large pergolas, an outdoor dining area and a Jacuzzi lounge area .The whole design in accordance with Tinos island tradition and local craftsmanship.

Country House with Swimming Pool

This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. The house is on two floors with the living room on the first and bedroom on the second floor. Pool unavailable Sept 15-30 2023

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
