Waterfront vacation rentals in Isla de Culebra

We spent 4 nights here in February and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was absolutely spotless, and the whole place is maintained with obvious care and pride. The location is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely waterfront view and a dock. Everything is freshly and colorfully painted. The staff are extremely friendly: they helped us find breakfast, they lent us beach towels, and they helped us find a golf cart to rent. There is a kitchen in the apartment, but there is also a shared outdoor kitchen, where we grilled dinner one evening, and met another guest who shared some of his food (pasteles - a Puerto Rican treat). To be clear, this is a hostel, not a hotel: you need to supply your own toiletries, you will be woken up by roosters in the morning, the shower water is not very hot, and you may encounter some mosquitos. But if you want a friendly, super-clean establishment with nice neighbors and good value, this is a great option. We loved this place and hope to come back.

Nice Condo in Culebra. The pool was awesome, and the condo was clean and comfortable. All of Culebra is home to wild chickens and roosters, so earplugs are recommended if you are light sleeper!

We loved this space! Janos was super welcoming and very accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The beach in the backyard was very private (saw one other family just once- and that’s it) and had some really cool shells. Very close to town with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Within a short drive to everywhere on the island. We will return again. Thank you for hosting us!

The place made us feel like home. The kitchen had everything you would need (including a water filter), and the bathroom and the rooms were spacious. It was nice that it included beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. But for us, the best perk was that it was very centric. It takes 10-15 minutes to go to get to the main attractions in Vieques. Definitely would recommend and come back again.

Diana's place is just amazing. It has everything we needed and more. The location is magical and more beautiful than the photos and description. It's so private and cozy. That veiw is amazing day and night. Perfectly safe. Wifi is so good. It has big screen with Netflix. Kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. The studio was super clean. Plenty of water and hot water. A/C is super especially in that hot and humid weather. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I made a lot of research before booking this unit and can tell that the price is very attractive and best value for money. Renting a car is highly recommended in the island in general and to stay here in particular unless you can manage to count 100% on taxies which is unreliable and expensive. Every part in this place is spacious. I will definitely return back to this place. Thank you Diana for your responsiveness and for this amazing place :)

Los Cocos was the perfect getaway for a week. The home sits right on the ocean, and the first thing you notice upon arrival is the soothing sound of the waves. Rene welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the property. The house was spotless and just the right size for the two of us. Inside, the home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The furniture is comfortable and well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed, though we only cooked breakfast. The house has one bathroom, which was in great working order. The two bedrooms are located off the main living space. While there’s no air conditioning, the ocean breeze keeps things comfortable most of the time. One night was particularly still, making it a bit warm for sleeping, but there are plenty of fans to help keep cool. The outdoor space is where we spent most of our time. There’s ample seating, along with two hammocks. The beach was an incredible bonus—we spent hours relaxing by the water

The only word that describes this beautiful place is PARADISE… everything about the island and location was perfect!

Paradise Cove Suites is exactly as described - sitting right in front of Playa Bastimento in a quiet residential area. A great steep road across the street to start off morning runs with epic 360 views. The beach out front has a great pool created by a reef barrier. Locals will come in and set up especially on the weekend but were always quiet and left by sundown. A great location. The house is built solid & we never heard the guests downstairs (we checked with them to make sure they couldn't hear us ~ and they couldn't). The onsite laundry was a huge plus. From the house to the host everything was 5 stars! Sean went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We had plenty of space and the house had everything we needed including pool floats and extra coolers. We enjoyed our trip and our stay and hope to be able to come again!

From the moment I arrived, this place felt like a dream! The ocean views were literally breathtaking from every area of the house! It was Immaculately clean, very private, and peaceful! I felt like a celebrity in my own private retreat! The host was very helpful and responsive! If you're looking for a getaway that exceeds expectations in every way, this is it!

This house was absolutely amazing! I think it’s the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was perfect for our family of six. It was our first time visiting Vieques. We brought all four of our kids (ages 13,15,19, and 22). This home provided lots of comfortable space and beds for everyone. The house was very clean and well stocked. We really appreciated all the towels and the coolers. We packed our lunches every day for the beach. We loved all the outdoor spaces. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the patios and even a couple naps in the hammocks. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. We helped ourselves to some delicious mangoes from the huge mango tree in the yard. It’s obvious that Jose and Melyssa put a lot of care into their property. They are wonderful hosts. We arrived a day late due to a flight delay. They were very understanding and responded quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

The unit itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. We loved Andrea's apartment, everything was very clean, the beds are a comfortable paradise. You have everything you need to spend carefree days. The apartment is remodeled and super cute. They left the air conditioning on, which was nice when we arrived. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. However, they could leave 4 beach towels and 4 towels to dry off for a family of 3 or 4 people. The apartment had a little sand, I understand that the cleaning person can do a better job in that regard because it is not pleasant to feel the sand on your feet just after checking in. But everything else is great. I would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay — the location couldn't be better, situated just steps away from the beach. The room itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged, offering plenty of room to relax. One of the highlights was the private balcony with a stunning view of the ocean — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind at sunset. The sound of the waves and the fresh sea breeze made the entire experience feel truly refreshing and memorable.

We had a wonderful time at Gustavo’s. Every morning we enjoyed the sunrise over the water while sipping coffee. The home was very clean and comfortable. The home is located next to all the major restaurants, Milka’s (local grocer), and a 10 minute walk to the shops by the ferry. Everything is about a 5-10 minute walk. The beaches were only a 5-10 minute drive and every one was stunning. We definitely would stay with Gustavo again.

Beautiful sunsets, extremely kind hosts, and a peaceful secluded part of the island. Heidy was so helpful giving insightful tips and ideas throughout our stay whenever we needed. Condo complex feels a little deserted, but the pool is well maintained and relaxing. TV does not have internet connection or Screen mirroring capabilities- if you want to watch something besides Dish, you’d need an HDMI - your computer cord to directly connect, but we couldn’t find one on the island. *Culebra Tips* Get a golf cart or car rental ASAP. They were unavailable for us on the first day, and taxis price gouge like crazy - $40 for the 11 min drive from the ferry. This house is in a beautiful location, but it isn’t walkable to beaches or any groceries/convenience stores.

Viviana is a great host and excellent communicator. We initially had issue open the door due to our misunderstanding of the instruction. Viviana reached out to us and helped us promptly. Very happy with this place. Quiet, private, and family friendly.
