Loft vacation rentals in Ionian Islands

Toller Ausblick auf der wunderschönen Terrasse, sehr praktisch und harmonisch eingerichtetes Studio. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt in Katerinas Unterkunft und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Olga und wurden sehr herzlich von Mama Maria mit ausführlicher Beschreibung der Umgebung empfangen. Hatten einen frühen Flug und durften durch die gute Kommunikation mit Olga schon früher einchecken. Wir haben uns sehr über die schon vorhandenen Lebensmittel gefreut, Obst, Käse, Wurst, Brot, Eier, griechischer Joghurt, Wasser, Milch und Säfte. So konnten wir gleich ein verspätetes Frühstück genießen, ohne erst einkaufen zu gehen. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Die ganze Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und sauber mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit Blick auf Argostoli. Zu Fuß ist Lixouri gut erreichbar mit vielen Restaurants. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Fähre nach Argostoli, wo man mit wenig Geld mit oder ohne Auto übersetzen kann. Absolute Weiterempfehlung mit 5 Sternen!!!!

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist größer als es auf den Fotos aussieht! Der Balkon ist auch sehr schön! Wir haben 10 traumhafte Tage in der Unterkunft von Chris verbracht. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Sie hatte alles um sich gut schnell selbst zu verpflegen. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern sorgten für Abkühlung. Ein großer Parkplatz vor der Tür, erspart die Parkplatzsuche. Eine Waschmaschine steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Pool nebenan darf jederzeit genutzt werden ein kleiner Strandbereich ist in sehr kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants gab in direkter Umgebung. Wir hatten für den gesamten Zeitraum einen Mietwagen. Die Insel ist von dort aus sehr gut zu erkunden. Chris ist ein super Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation klappte reibungslos und alle Fragen wurde schnell beantwortet. Auch bei der Kommunikation mit dem Mietwagenanbieter, aufgrund unserer Reifenpanne, half uns Chris ohne zu zögern. Sollte es uns wieder nach Zakynthos ziehen, dann definitiv wieder in eine Unterkunft bei Chris!!

great location and views super clean

The apartment is very nice, spotless clean, with a great view to the lake, in a quiet neighborhood which is in a walkable distance (30 mins) to the city center. You have everything you need for your stay. Very easy communication with the host, clear instructions. I strongly recommend this place for your visit of Ioannina.

We had a fabulous stay and made the most of our time from a location that gave great access to key locations on the island. Dionysis, our host, was brilliant, helpful, honest, and very easy to communicate with. He really did go the extra mile. The location has stunning views and you can walk to Zakynthos town (we did this a number of times to enjoy the cocktail bars) but, a car is recommended for ease of access to places of interest. Dionysis was a great help with this too, even driving me to the pick up. The pool is amazing and gives great views to bay and passing ships. The accommodation worked well for us, the 3 bedrooms and additional living space made it easy and the kitchen had everything needed. We took advantage of the communal BBQ area too one night. If you enjoy music and a dance, there are 2 night clubs within a few minutes walk.

Nick's place is great location with an abundance of character, full of charm and described perfectly. Your hosts Dezi and Spiro are exceptional hosts, very hospitable and friendly and gave us a real genuine Greek welcoming with a little ouzo ready and chilled waiting for us, plus two huge smiles as we approached from the ferry which is just a minutes walk away. If you love places with character and charm then this over 100 year old converted winery is a perfect choice. Never in my life have I had the choice of one of the 2 beds built above the wine Vat. I thought I had arrived in heaven but of course chose the sensible king size and very comfortable bed. A real hidden gem, we will be returning. Thanks again to Dezi and Spiro for your warm welcome.

This accomodation was so lovely! Perfect location, some amazing bars and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean also. Georgia was very responsive, friendly and provided some great recommendations! Great beaches were short drives away, this place was perfect and I’d 100% recommend for anyone looking to stay in Agia Efimia 🩵

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s located on the 3rd floor, offering a lovely view of the sea and historic fortification. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the ability to enjoy a coffee while looking out at the view from a charming, roof-style balcony.

We have been Airbnb clients for twelve years. This is the best apartment we have rented in terms of perfect location, spectacular views from the three living room windows, attractive quality of accommodations, cleanliness upon arrival, maid service every three days with changes of towels and linens, dependable and plentiful hot water, and sufficient air conditioning. Two full bathrooms were really appreciated. Additionally, our host has impeccable taste in terms of color scheme, furnishings, and decorations. We stayed for ten days, and we hope to come back since we love Paxos and so enjoyed our on-line relationship with Alkistis. She helped us with taxi service and car rental and offered plenty of advice about restaurants. Before writing this review, we went back over past reviews, especially those with criticisms and lower ratings. Please know that every past complaint no longer applies; they are out-of-date. Das Appartement ist etwas ruhiger gelegen aber mit dem Auto kann man innerhalb von 10 min Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Alles war sehr sauber und hochwertig. Bei fragen wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Auch um die Buchung eines Mietwagens und Quads hat sich Myreen gekümmert und sogar noch einen besseren Preis aushandeln können. Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Fantastic air-conditioned Apartment which is very modern & clean, over looking the Paleros Marina & Great views. Lovey Beach literally minute’s away along with some Great restaurants with beach side dining & a lovely local Bakery. Local restaurants like Sirtaki are great & the New Mill Tavern is a must being a fantastic dining experience. Overall Brilliant, we would definitely stay again.

Il Loft è freschissimo e la vista dalle finestre è strepitosa. Non ha spazi aperti ma la terrazza della Guest house è a disposizione 24/7. Ho avuto un piccolo problema di salute e hanno reagito immediatamente aiutandomi e con estrema cortesia. Sicuramente la miglior destinazione ad Assos, nella parte più spettacolare di Cefalonia e lontano dal caos di Fiskardo!

We had a great stay for 2 nights. beautiful apartment with really everything you need and described. supermarket 2min by car, bakery 1min. Close to the square with restaurants. you can walk to the castle if you want to. we also took the chance to follow the suggestions for restaurants and trips to elafonisos. Both hosts react quick and are really helpful. We will come back next time in monemvasia.

We had a wonderful stay here and the host is very helpful. Everything you might need is there. The location is also very nice you can see the airport runway from the balcony which is great and a beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The only thing is that shops are quite far away so you’ll have to rent some form of transport.

Appartement propre en plein centre-ville hyper pratique pour visiter les plages aux alentours, et profiter de la belle ambiance de la ville À recommender sans hésitation!

Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός και τακτοποιημένος. Η επικοινωνία μας με τον κύριο Κωνσταντίνο ήταν άμεση. Μας άρεσε αρκετά η περιοχή! Σίγουρα όταν θα ξαναβρεθούμε Λάρισα θα το προτιμήσουμε.
