The apartment is quietly located on the mountain in the best residential location with distant views over Basel and Lörrach. In 5 minutes you are at the shops in the village or to relax in the forest. In another 5 minutes on the S-Bahn to Lörrach or Basel. The apartment is brand new with its own outdoor seating in the garden. You will stay on almost 110sqm with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a storage room with washing machine, an open kitchen and a living room with sofa bed. You will definitely feel comfortable.

Above Lörrach, with good public transport connections, a newly renovated, 62 sqm apartment awaits you on the ground floor of our house. Two large rooms (double bed, single bed), large Kitchen and bathroom. A private entrance leads you into your realm. Enjoy wonderful sunsets on your private terrace in your Hollywood swing. Public transport within sight. In 25 minutes you are in Basel by bus and S-Bahn. Forest, climbing park and fin trail in the immediate vicinity invite you to relax or do sports.

Bright apartment with a view (near Basel)

A bright room awaits you with a kitchenette and bathroom. Via a relatively steep staircase you can reach the sleeping gallery (bed 140x200 cm). The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building (without elevator) in a quiet residential area on the outskirts. It is a 12-minute walk to the S-Bahn (Lörrach-Stetten stop), drive to Basel from there in 10 minutes. Coffee and tea are provided for free. A mandatory tourist fee of 80C/pers/day (free use of public transport) will be paid on site.

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. An apartment to relax in. The pleasant colors and the special architectural construction are unique.
