Vacation rentals with a patio in Innsbruck

The hosts were amazing and friendly! They provided clear instructions how to get to the airbnb. The place itself is immaculate! Clean, modern and has an amazing view! Highly recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience at Alex apartment. Well equipped and organized. Alex was always available at any questions and was warm and friendly. Highly recommend place to stay in the lovely Stubai valley.

Wir hatten die Wohnung zu zweit für fast eine Woche. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer sowie der Balkon bieten genügend Raum zum chillen. Von der Wohnung aus, sind wir mit dem Auto super in alle umliegenden Wandergebiete gekommen. Mit den Öffis kommt man in 30min nach Innsbruck. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war sauber und neu renoviert, gut ausgestattet und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber war total nett und hilfsbereit, alles lief unkompliziert. Sogar ein Willkommenspaket für Hund und Mensch ! Wer allerdings einen richtig ruhigen Aufenthalt sucht, sollte wissen, dass die Wohnung direkt im Ort an einer Durchgangsstraße und neben einem Hotel liegt und im Haus mehrere Wohnungen vorhanden sind. Für einen zentralen Aufenthalt und Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen absolut top!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

This is an incredible place with epic views off the balconies and huge sliding windows. We stayed with our kids and had everything we needed, incredibly comfortable beds, luxurious bedding and beautifully equipped bathroom and kitchen. The hosts are really responsive, helpful and kind. They brought us fans when we visited during a hot spell and went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed. This location is a perfect retreat and/or starting off point for visiting Neuschwanstein and other tourist sites in the area. A wonderful experience!

Mikail ist ein super Gastgeber - hilfsbereit, sehr nett und proaktiv! Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehn eingerichtet, liebevoll und zudem sehr sauber! Wir sind mit 10 Personen und einem Kleinkind dort gewesen, die Größe war für uns mehr als ausreichend! Ich kann die Unterkunft bei einem Besuch in Garmisch nur empfehlen :)

Das Haus von Simon hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es war nicht nur sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sondern auch blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Simon war zügig und reibungslos. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten und hat uns netterweise auch einen Unterstand für unser Auto zur Verfügung gestellt, als schwere Hagel vorausgesagt waren. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, das Haus hat eine richtig gute und einladende Energie durch das viele Holz. Von Großweil aus kann man leicht an all die schönen Seen oder Wanderwege gelangen. Einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es ebenfalls im Ort und in Murnau dann auch größere Märkte, falls man mehr benötigt. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche nach Erholung und Stille gesehnt und haben genau das bekommen. Vielen Dank an Simon und Sabrina.

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

Carina, Klaus and her whole family were so welcoming during our time here and we had such a wonderful stay. The facilities were spacious, clean and there was plenty of room for two adults and two children - not to mention the stunning views. A perfect location to enjoy surrounding bike parks and a very easy walk to the regular tram into Innsbruck. Being able to see the organic farm in action was such a great experience for the kids and the delicious bakery next door was an added bonus. Thank you for such a great stay, we hope to be back!

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. We would absolutely go there again and can give nothing short of 5 stars.

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von 6 Männern einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus in Innsbruck – alles genau wie beschrieben! Die Terrasse und der dortige Ausblick auf die Berge sind ein Traum, da haben wir jeden Morgen mit einem Kaffee den Sonnenaufgang und jeden Abend mit einem Bier den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich, sauber und bietet ein top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Kontakt mit dem Host war sehr nett und der Check-in super unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung!

We've spent a month at Daniel's and Lisa's place, it was the perfect base to discover the surrounding area. The pictures and description were accurate (maybe even better in real life) The hosts were really friendly. Would stay there again :)

Heerlijk appartement met uitzicht op Neuschwanstein en reeen in hetvgrasveld. Goed uitvalsbasis voor bezienswaardigheden en wandelingen door de heuvels

Die Wohnung ist super, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Check-In und Check-Out waren unkompliziert und wir durften am Tag der Abreise unser Gepäck stehenlassen, sodass wir noch einen Tag am See verbringen konnten. Rainer ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das bereitgestellte Obst, der Sekt zur Begrüßung und die Süßigkeiten waren sehr lieb. Wir wären wirklich gerne länger geblieben - wenn es uns nochmal an den Schliersee verschlägt, kommen wir gerne wieder in diese Wohnung!

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Alles war einfach nur perfekt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Als unsere Tochter überraschend über Nacht bleiben wollte, war das gar kein Problem. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit allem. Fussläufig ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Bäcker zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

we verbleven met 3 personen in het appartement. De slaapbank met topper is een prima slaapplek voor de 3e en evt 4e persoon. alles is aanwezig in het appartement en het is er zeer schoon. voor het skieen in Seefeld een perfect verblijf. ook fijne uitvalsbasis voor wandelen in het karwendelgebied. Jan reageert snel en is vriendelijk. prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Der Aufenthalt war unbeschreiblich schön. Beim Frühstück mit Blick auf die Berge und den Golfplatz haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt – fast wie zu Hause! Dank der angenehmen Kommunikation war es uns sogar möglich, ein klein wenig später auszuchecken, was mir nach der Teilnahme am ZUT sehr entgegenkam. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung für alle, die sich einen Besuch in dieser Wohlfühloase gönnen möchten! Am Ende habe ich zu meiner Freundin gesagt: „Wollen wir fragen, ob wir eine Nacht verlängern können?“ Ich denke, das sagt alles. ✌🏻🫶

Tolle moderne Unterkunft. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Perfekte Lage, Restaurants etc sind fußläufig erreichbar und die Unterkunft ist außerdem perfekt gelegen für eine Wanderung auf die Zugspitze bzw. einen Besuch in die Partnachklamm.
