The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!
