Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

This cozy studio apartment, with private entrance, is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is close to the interstate and within walking to distance of university and hospital. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive away. This Idaho themed room is perfect for any length of stay. We live upstairs and are easily available for any questions or concerns. This townhome has quick access to I-15, Pebble Creek Ski Area, is 22 minutes from Lava Hot Springs. Enjoy an occasional toot from passing trains.
