The vaulted room "little home" approx. 24 sqm, built around 1824, can be reached via the common courtyard and has a separate entrance including a bathroom with underfloor heating. Our home is 125 m from an organic shop, which also has a bakery counter. Ingelheim city center with shops, supermarkets etc. 820 m away. Vineyards and walking routes are 400 m from the house. Ingelheim is known for its wine. In summer, many wineries invite you to farm festivals with live music.

Beautiful and quiet apartment directly on the nature reserve. Mainz are (about 25 minutes) and Ingelheim (about 7 minutes) with a city bus to reach directly. Wackernheim is a beautiful wine village in Rheinhessen, which is not only centrally located but also invites you to great walks. The nature reserve and bird sanctuary is directly behind the apartment. Free parking is available on the street.
