Really good! The hosts were very available for our arrival. Nice little home, very consistent with the photos, the garden is charming. It is located close to the train station and the sea. Recommended.

We had a lovely experience at this accomodation! The house very clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. Unfortunately there was no wifi but that did not bother us that much. The pool was clean and the bedding was nice. There is lots to do in the area, in terms of visiting towns/villages, but also the mountains and waterfalls, I definitely recommwnd staying here

Located on the heights of Ventimiglia, this accommodation has stunning views of the entire valley. We took advantage of the large outdoor spaces, breakfast on the balcony, the other meals under the pergola surrounded by vegetation. Private parking. The accommodation is very well equipped and there is a minimum of groceries available as well as adapters for electrical outlets. The host is very nice. I recommend this place.

A gem in the middle of nature facing the sea in a very beautiful property The owners are lovely, always attentive to us and at our disposal. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you may need to feel like home. It has a very good and easily adjustable heating. The location is really great: the cottage is located in an peaceful villa area, far from any noise and traffic. At the same time, it is just a short drive to all commodities, like restaurants and shops. Paolo, Alfredo, and Monica were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for this great stay!

We had the best time ever! It was perfect for our needs and had everything we loved: a beautiful fenced garden, so our dog Boris could be free all the time and we didnt have to worry about him. An absolute beautiful emerald water river 5 min away by foot, where the 3 of us swam every day, the sea is just 20 min away and the house is beautiful, quiet, calm, perfect for people who like peace and quiet. We were BLOWN AWAY by Pascal’s Airbnb! You really couldn’t find a better place to immerse yourself in Nice beach culture. The balcony view was breathtaking, and the location is only steps away from the best restaurants and shops. My friends and I were able to walk everywhere, and we loved having the sea so close by! Please don’t miss out on this opportunity!

Beautiful apartment with great views, very peaceful surroundings and a lovely pool area and private outdoor area. Yvan and Peter are very friendly and make great hosts. Quite a long drive up a very windy mountain road to get to the Airbnb but becomes a lot easier with practice and the Airbnb was easy to find with clear instructions on how to check in! Perfect location for day trips to all the towns on the Côte d’Azur!

We had a great time! The apartment is conveniently located: a stone's throw from Finalborgo, a few minutes from the shuttle departure point, and the sea is easily accessible by bike. The large garden is a real plus, especially for our dog who was able to enjoy it fully. The bike garage is also very convenient, especially in an area so conducive to mountain biking. Thanks for the welcome, we'll be back with pleasure!

The apartment is perfect and worked well for 3 people having their own space. It is in a great location next to the beach and train station. Alessandro was very nice and communicative and tended to all of our needs. Highly recommend!

A very pleasant stay in a home with all the necessities. We loved the "swing sofa ", the absolute calm in the bedroom for sleeping. We were only disturbed one evening by customers from the bar restaurant just below. The view is splendid, the bedding comfortable. Also note the three floors without an elevator that made us do our sport, but not suitable for everyone. We highly recommend this listing. We really appreciated the kindness and flexibility of our hosts!

A truly superlative experience! Angela is a caring and kind host, she fills you with attention and gifts from her lush garden (lemon and sweet and juicy grapefruit). The location is enviable for its view and tranquility, while the pool and gazebo/solarium are a bonus worthy of an exclusive resort. In short, this gem on the hills of Ventimiglia, a stone's throw from Menton, is an accommodation option not to be missed!

Everything went more than smoothly, from check-in to check-out. Matteo is a very helpful and responsive host, the check-in instruction were appropriate and clear. The house is as described, has everything you would need and there's a nice BBQ place. The rooms are clean and bright, with amazing views. Great outdoor spaces with a dinning table, a mini-fireplace and outdoor chairs. An additional comment should be added regarding the surrounding zone, it's peaceful and quiet, you can submerse in a complete relax without no one around, being a big private territory. And what a view on both the village at night and on the mountain at the right side, we were in April and it was still covered with snow! A big thanks to Matteo for hosting us :)

Daniel's little house is really quiet and offers a private space outside of the chaotic rhythms. the house is well organized, a well-kept outdoor space, a barbecue and wood available and a wood-burning stove to heat the environment. Everything you need, towels, furnishings and cooking base are available. Wonderful breakfast basket, which was really very well cared for with fresh baked goods and other typical products from them. They also greatly appreciated having cookies in the house made by them and the possibility of buying wines directly available. The house is immersed in the tranquility of the surrounding woods, it offers various simple but very relaxing walks. There are no noises except birds and wind in the leaves. The property is very well cared for and is characterized by a room on the first floor and equipped environment on the ground floor. Warm, cozy room with very comfortable bed, beautiful view from the window. Super friendly owners. Recommendation!

Independent house located in a quiet location in a small mountain village, it is equipped in everything tidy and clean. For our first vacation with our two dogs it was the best choice we could make because the outdoor space is fenced and safe and we enjoyed our stay in absolute peace and tranquility. All around there is silence, the neighbors are friendly and discreet people and it is definitely a nice starting point for walking and seeing beautiful mountain landscapes. The idea of non WiFi for us was great for us to disconnect and fully savor the silence and peace of the valley, however, leaving the house and going down a little further, the network is restored. Absolutely worth repeating!!

We really enjoyed the outdoors. The interior is small but very well thought out, nice, functional. Our stay was very nice. I also appreciated the fact that there are books and made a nice discovery, which I enjoyed while sunbathing.
