Vacation rentals with beach access in Imperia

The attention to details. The spacious and clean apartment. The location. The host. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

Laura has a very nice apartment with a fantastic location near the beach. The apartment has everything you could need. There are clear instructions for everything. We had a great time and enjoyed the balcony in the evenings and the proximity to swimming and restaurants. The only thing that was less good was that the beds in the small bedroom were very hard. All in all, we are very pleased and hope to come back another year.

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

The apartment was very comfortable, just as comfortable as a hotel. There were small amenities provided, such as toilet paper, shower gel, and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. A really great place. If you were to book this as a hotel room, the price would be ten times higher !

The location is amazing— right next to the beach and the markets, and lots of restaurants and shops in the old city. There are many bars open late all around the apartment. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Our host was very helpful and responsive.

We had a very nice week in the apartment! Check-in was very straightforward and the host was always easy to reach. The grocery store directly opposite was very convenient, where there was a wide selection. The view from the balcony to the sea was a pleasure every day!

Fabulous location that allows you to soak up the vibes of Nice. Easy access with all necessary amenities. Great people watching overlooking to bay from the balcony. Extremely walkable to Old Nice, beach, port and beyond.

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. We had a wonderful week at Sergio's place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and just like in the photos. We were particularly enthusiastic about the terrace with the fantastic view of the sea – the perfect place for breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset. Sergio was a friendly and helpful host who was always available and provided us with good tips. The location in Bergeggi is quiet and ideal for relaxing days by the sea. We will be happy to come back

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

Daniela was very kind and pleasant. We enjoyed the extreme cleanliness of the spaces and the comfort of the accommodation. Recommended!!!

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvie’s villa. The villa was clean and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was pleasant and it has all the utensils we needed. We were checked in my Sylvie’s neighbour who was very friendly and helpful. Sylvie was always quick to reply to messages if we had any questions. The view is stunning from the villa. The bus to Monaco is at the bottom of the steps and only took 10mins. It’s a 10min walk down to the train station (we would have struggled to walk up the hill with suitcases so we got an Uber). It is an easy walk of about 15 minutes to the supermarket. We walked up the hill to the old village and castle. It is a very steep walk but worth it. We are at the Italian which was lovely. They were also great with children. We would definitely stay again!

Fred and Sylviane’s Suite in the Village is a little piece of heaven. Nothing can prepare you for the breathtaking view from the private terrace in the rooftops!! Fred met us on arrival and took us up to the 16th Century cottage, simply lovely, elegantly furnished and perfect for a romantic getaway. Absolutely in love with the place and Fred and Sylviane were absolutely charming. Love! ❤️

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Excellent place with great views and a small rocky beach right in front. Great for a holiday

A beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, very clean and spacious. The balcony was nice and gave us a chance to sit outside, even with the facade construction. They have an umbrella and mats for the beach that you can take which seemed really nice and convenient if staying more than one night. A few downsides are they charged an extra $35 per person- I think for a one night stay this is pretty steep for “electricity, water, and amenities”. Also, the hot water ran out midway through a second shower. Finally, I know it’s Airbnb and not someone’s full time job but a 4 hour window to check in and having to coordinate a specific time to meet the host was inconvenient. We ended up paying about $20 to store our bags at the train and had to make sure we got back at a specific time after a day out to meet to check in. Im sure it would have been more fine if we stayed multiple days but for one day, it was a lot to set up. The space itself is beautiful, the AC worked well and the bed was comfy.

Vassil Stephanie and Elisa are super hosts. The apartment is modern within a secure gated community and 3500 steps to the beach / old town areas. The apartment is exactly as promised with a nice view of the sea. Vassil is very communicative and gave me a very clear set of instructions which made it easy. Response time was super quick and he gave me wonderful local advise on restaurants and sight seeing. The kitchen and amenities are all good. He and his family are great hosts and thanks so much for having us.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

It was perfect place to stay for our family to have a bike and beach trip. The sandy beach is just across the street and bike rental is possible nearby if the post is open for the season. Wonderful beachside restaurants and sunset aperitivo. Thanks, Gianluca!
