Unique place, in a private condominium with only 10 houses with exclusive access to the lagoon and infrastructure that the photos try to describe… the house is very spacious and fully air-conditioned, has 4 en-suites, a private pool, indoor and outdoor dining area and spacious rooms. The condominium is 300 meters from the largest supermarket in the city and has easy access via Av. Paraguaçu. Less than a 5-minute drive you are on the seashore or 20 minutes in the center of Capão da Canoa. A portal within Imbé!

It has two bedrooms with split air-conditioning, the first equipped with a queen box bed and the second with a double bed and a bunk bed, two full bathrooms with shower, one on the upper floor and the other on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a living room with smart TV, Wi-Fi and lots of comfort, a full kitchen and a dining room for 6 people!
