Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Floating chalet with fantastic views

Enjoy our unique accommodation in a beautiful location with a fantastic view. You can enjoy the peace, the water and the view here. Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. There is also parking at the chalet.

PLEASE NOTE: September 17 to 21 only accessible by public transportation!!! In the old center of characteristic Broek in Waterland, a newly built barn behind the farm. Private access (self check-in). Split-level with garden. Downstairs (24 m2) is a living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hanging and laying. WiFi available. There are two bikes (Veloretti) for rent, 10 per bike per day

Our guesthouse 'Achterom' is located in the beautiful, quiet Watergang. You reach the center of Amsterdam in 12 minutes by bus or car. Nice outdoors combined with everything the city has to offer.

The bus ride to Amsterdam takes 10 minutes. The bus leaves every 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
