Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

A nature experience for bikers and hikers is the Pfrungerried nature reserve. Between the mountains Höchsten and Gehrenberg lies the so-called "Valley of Love" (Deggenhausertal) with a breathtaking panorama of Lake Constance that will make your soul smile. Beautiful, separate apartment in the attic in our detached house with beautiful views of the Dreiseen landscape. 200 m to the lake pool. An extensive well-kept hiking network, bike paths and thermal baths invite you to get to know our area. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with foot golf, golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.
