Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

(BB bed to be loaned if needed). Outside double terrace: 1 sunny with sunbeds,mattresses, and outdoor shower, 1 sheltered with table and chairs. This studio awaits you for a pleasant stay, there is no shortage of sunshine. Access is available at 9am upon request .
