We love the stay. Christian, the super requested host available from the beginning of the reservation until the last day of the stay. He is very nice, attentive, familiar. The cozy apartment with great location, on the main Av de Praia Seca, close to the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and everything as described. Including the club that is available has access to the Lagoa. 5 star. Would recommend.

Jorge and Juliana's house is wonderful, we were 7 people, 5 adults and 2 children, there was absolutely nothing missing. - Pros: in person the house is much more than what appears in the listing. very large house, giant bed, king size bed, bathroom is not lacking, there is 4 giving privacy to everyone. the Master Suite is a spectacle with a wonderful hydro. hot water in every room of the house, including the kitchen. There's lemongrass and Herb Cidreira to make tea at night. As the whole period rained, we asked for instruction and used the bathtub to relax a little. Dona Maria José, Juliana's mother, a love of person. Close to everything. Walking arrives in the center of Iguaba. - Contra: zero will to come home. We'll be back soon. I spent Carnival with my family and everything was perfect. Host D. Jarnete left me super at ease and the house is quite large and accommodated us perfectly. We love the high spirits of the host and will return for sure, a lot of health and happiness Mrs. Jarnete.

I would like to thank Suzane immensely, Leonardo for the welcome and this made all the difference in our stay to spend the New Year's Eve. The house is in a very safe place, gated condominium, where in the surroundings there is all necessary commerce, including large supermarkets and 24-HOUR UPA and pharmacies. The house is very large and spacious, has two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms , with a very large living room and kitchen. In addition there is a very pleasant garden in the front of the house and space to park the vehicle if necessary . My family and I were very happy in these 5 days. I highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay very much, Seu Roberto and Dona Fátima are very solicitous and made us very comfortable, very quiet place, easily accessible and close to Praia Lagunar de Ubás, which has the Blue Flag Certification. The house is spacious with good premises and great pool. We take our small pets and stay with peace of mind, because the backyard is very private. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances (stove, fridge and freezer), all rooms with fans and bed linens needed. The living room has a great sound and has a TV as well. Good quality internet. We'll definitely come back again. Place of peace!

The stay at Stéfanny's home was extremely pleasant. Starting at the reception during the check-in that was made by Mr. Evaldo e pel Mrs. Jane, a very friendly and helpful couple who explained everything about the house. We were very attentive with us during the entire stay. The house was well cared for, clean and comfortable, with two living rooms equipped with Smartv with access to the main streaming platforms. The bed and the couches are also very comfortable. In the condominium area we were able to enjoy the swimming pool, there is also how to book barbecue. The location of the house is also great, very close to one of the accesses to Lagoa de Araruama, which has a beautiful view. We like the house very much, and we will certainly come back more often.

The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!
