Cozy, quiet 2 room apartment, parking free

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.
