We had a very nice stay at Rok’s place in Breginj. The location is very quiet and serene. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom was very nice, with a heated towel rack and a rainfall shower. Rok’s parents were the contacts for the time we were at the rental. They were very nice and accommodating and we sat down for schnapps with them on multiple occasions. As was mentioned in Ronja’s review, the 1.5km road to the rental is long, tight and varies from paved to unpaved in multiple places.

Very beautiful location, excellent food and a very friendly and positive atmosphere! I think the price is a bit too high, but overall, I can recommend the stay.

Nice place, the common area was very specious. The upstairs floor was very nice and the rooms looked great, the living room was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The area is very quiet and you can hear the river running by. The downstairs floor was just OK. The rooms were OK but there was a weird smell every time we went down. Other than that it was perfect

We loved staying at Camp Korita! We had a cabin overlooking the river and enjoyed hearing and being so close to it. The campground is laid back with a nice kitchen/dining area and shower/bathroom facilities. My husband was happy he could buy beer here, too. 😊 We’d love to return.

If you are looking for a break, you will surely find it here:) We felt very comfortable and were received extremely friendly by Vera and Renzo:) In addition, you can reach a hiking trail directly from the house into the beautiful forests of Italy and Slovenia, but can also relax with a book on the balcony instead. The driveway to the house is something for experienced drivers, but there is also another path to the house that is not quite as steep if needed :)

We had a wonderful vacation at Luka's. Luka showed us a lot of the area and his homeland, he is a great person and Slovenia is really incredibly beautiful. We met a lot of nice people through him. And will certainly spend another vacation with him.

Casa Sittaro is situated in a rural location but not too far from key amenities - a large local shop is 10 mins drive away and there are restaurants nearby. Check in was really easy and it was comforting to know the owner lives next door in case of any issues. The house surpassed our expectations. It is clean, modern and beautifully outfitted. It has everything needed. We visited in late July when temperatures were 30+ degrees Celsius, but the house has AC so remained cool throughout. Not all rooms have AC, but we still found they remained fairly cool at night. I'd highly recommend staying here; we will be back if we revisit the area!
