It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. We live where neighbors know and care for each other and where grandparents pass land on to their children and grandchildren. That heritage is evidenced by our beautiful local parks! Our town is a sort of traffic nucleus, with Charlotte approximately 1 hour to the east, Asheville less than 1 hour to the west, and Lenoir heading to Boone 20 minutes to the north. We are 5-20 minutes away from 5 hospitals which is perfect for traveling nurses and doctors. We want to add to your travel experience!

The cottage is well-suited for individuals or couples, and is ideal for physicians, nurses, medical staff, and other professionals requiring an extended stay in the Hickory-Morganton region. The 2-1-3 house is a charming 1950's bungalow right in the heart of hickory, just minutes from downtown, Lenoir Rhyne college, and many other corporate offices. Coffee houses, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaning are all within walking distance. The 215 is pet friendly, however we REQUIRE a $20 pet fee, per pet ,also no more than 2 pets allowed. Animals can be no larger than 40 lbs. When you book please select the amount of guest including the pet/pets as guest.
