Great apartment, very clean, well located, I would come back more often.

The apartment was very clean, bright, well-ventilated, with a full kitchen. A very pleasant coverage for a good conversation!! I quite liked the apartment. Mayara was very kind, gave many tips and always responded promptly.

Excellent apartment. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The neighborhood is very residential, so you have that small town atmosphere (market, coffee, butcher, etc.) It is located 10 minutes by car from Savassi shopping mall and around 20 minutes from the municipal market. The apartment has a very pleasant climate and, on our part, there was no need for air conditioning. I recommend it!

great stay, everything as described and agreed, only at check-in there was a small misunderstanding due to misinformation from the doorman, but it was promptly resolved. I would stay again.

The apartment is complete, has a gas stove, refrigerator, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only thing, however, is the noise: during the weekdays there is a lot of noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place this may not be the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block from Burger King and Subway, 1 block from self-service laundries, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which, although small, is enough to get a sweat on. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost-benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who did the cleaning, and the concierge staff are very nice people! It would return again for sure!

I only stayed one night, but the experience exceeded all expectations. The apartment is spacious, quiet, extremely clean and very well located. The structure of the building is excellent, and the view of the city is amazing. Everything matches exactly what's in the photos, or even better. The host was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely come back and recommend it without hesitation.

This place was amazing! I would have stayed here for the shower alone! Great pressure and lots and hot water from above! Located within so many great restaurants and bars and still you have peace and quiet at night. All appliances are modern, plenty of space with a great comfortable bed. Best of all Isadora is a wonderful host. She used to call this apartment home and by the thoughtful touches, it shows!

Perfect place for those looking for rest, quiet and comfort. Very well-equipped loft, full kitchen, excellent Wi-Fi and great cleaning. I intend to return soon to see the other lofts. Polite and quick host in returns.

Our stay was super nice. The house is beautiful. Full kitchen, great bathrooms, comfortable bed. The outdoor area is green, overlooking the forest, beautiful garden and the waterfall with the lake gives it all the charm. We love to sit and enjoy the sun in nature, to the sound of falling water. The jacuzzi is also very nice, with very hot water and a whirlpool, extremely relaxing. The interior with television and big screen, very nice for watching movies at night, and we also had fun with the video game with games from the 90s. The stay is really worth it and excellent for those looking for a moment to relax and rest. Easy to reach. We really enjoyed the experience, we felt at home and we hope to return.

Our stay at the site was simply wonderful! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos – very well maintained, clean and with an incredible energy of peace and tranquility. Ideal for resting and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is super cozy, well-equipped, has several bathrooms and is comfortable. We had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to streaming TV. The outdoor area is a spectacle in itself – lots of greenery, birds singing, a volleyball court, a soccer field and a swimming pool that made all the difference. The host was very attentive and helpful, welcomed us warmly and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. The only point to improve is to put a shower stall in the bathrooms and make a squeegee available in each of them. I recommend with my eyes closed.

I highly recommend! Webert and his wife were extremely attentive and helpful throughout their stay. I needed to change the number of guests and, promptly, they provided an extra room to accommodate everyone in comfort. Communication was easy and hospitality made all the difference. I would definitely stay with them again!
