Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ibadan

This property is home away from home. Right from the first day I walked in there i was Treated like a queen. please be rest assured of maximum security and 24hrs light. Taiwo and Yk were very responsive and respectful. The kitchen was impeccable and everything you need is available. Rooms are tidy and very organized. The host Aunty Bookie didn't only ensure I was well taken care of but went ahead to give me a humongous discount 😀 😉. Now let's talk about Bala honorable Metusela the gateman became like family, very humble, helpful and hardworking. He ensured we didn't lack anything from power change over to washing our car every day. It was a blessing staying at this property. Oh less I forget on the day I was meant to check out I became Ill so I couldn't leave ibadan.I was offered a another free night to stay until I felt better. How kind can one person be,? Truly home away from home. if you are in ibadan and you need 24hrs light, AC and good security this property is the best choice

My sister's and I absolutely loved staying at Niyi's place. The groceries on arrival are tremendous, so you are able to settle before going to do a big shop. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything one could need or want. The onsite staff are Wonderful, Mr. Adekola is one of the best facilities managers I have come across, responsiveness to all queries are handled with professionalism and kindness. Niyi communicated pre, during and post arrival and genuinely interacted to ensure we were comfortable and happy, perfect host! Can't wait to come back to our IB home from home.

I had an incredible experience staying at this property! The host was absolutely wonderful—ever responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The place was exactly as advertised: spotlessly clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. The neighborhood felt safe and secure, which was a big plus for me. What a fantastic environment. Mr Uche who is the house rep called me before checking time to enquire about our whereabouts and if we can locate the place. He and the security guy Mohammed pulled out all efforts to make our short stay very enjoyable. This couldn't have happened without the the 100% organisation of the host. 3 Kudos to 3 of you. It was a new apartment with great building and the Baba working there was respectful and hard working, the host was great in communication if you need any assistance, overall i enjoyed my stay i will definitely come back.

I have used Airbnb in Lagos and Nairobi, and I didn’t know I would get my best experience so far in Ibadan. This is one of the best place I ever stayed. Would recommend for anyone!

what makes the place worth more than the money paid for it I'd the excellent staff he got there to look after the building and people Prescious and Paul very good, no fault find in them, I personally will want to go there back for holiday because of them, very prompt to call and ready to help, respective. I miss them already. the building is new good and clean due to hard work of those kids

I was pleased from the beginning to the end. My fiancee went by before I arrived and Temilade was happy to show us the location and she was very nice about it. Once we arrived she took the time to add cable to the television so that the men could watch football, so I was really impressed. Everytime we needed anything she was very responsive. Something happened with the lights and before we could figure it out, she called and let us know what happened. Overall all I was very pleased, it was quiet and peaceful. I got some well needed rest. This was my first time in Nigeria, but definitely will not be my last.
