It has a separate entrance with a parking space right in front of the entrance. It consists of a large living/kitchen/dining room, a bedroom with a cozy double bed (200 × 160 cm) as well as a bathroom and hallway. Numerous shops are within a few minutes' drive and a bakery is within walking distance. 2.5 km to the highway (A45).

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Chic light-flooded attic apartment with loft character and large balcony. The living and dining area is very spacious and kept open with access to the balcony. The daylight bath is very tastefully equipped with terracotta tiles. All rooms are equipped with niches and dormer windows. In addition to the living area, there are two bedrooms and a study.
