The host was exceptionally kind and proactive—greeting us warmly, providing quick responses, and even helping us plan local activities. Their hospitality made us feel right at home! The property was immaculate and fully equipped: modern kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, BBQ, Jacuzzi and thoughtful extras. Ideal for travelers seeking both comfort and hiking. Highly recommend, and we’d love to stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Harmony House! The place is spacious, surrounded by greenery, and located in a vast, peaceful area—perfect for relaxing and spending time with a group. It’s definitely worth a visit, especially if you're traveling with 8–10 people. Toma was a wonderful host—very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Wishing both Toma and their partner all the very best! One small suggestion: it would be great if they could add a few more pictures of the property. Harmony House is beautiful and deserves to be showcased more—there’s so much more to explore than what’s currently shown. Highly recommend this spot!

Alexandra’s place is a lovely place to stay. It can be confusing to find. To clarify, pass the Pension Ayana and take a right before the green garbage cage. Then take the first left onto a gravel road. The parking space to the left of the shed. Alexandra will give you the code to offer access. We loved Alexandra’s recommendation of hikes (lacul mia) and restaurant conacul radacinilor (lovely) Pension Ayana was ok: the pizza was terrible but the wiener schnitzel was good. I was interested in other things to eat but it would take the chef an hour to make. As it was, there was a 40 minute wait. The triangle house was clean, charming and well designed. It has a fire pit, barbecue and a jacuzzi. It was lovely and deserves its 5 stars. Thank you Alexandra!

Locul exact ca in poze. Foarte privat, linistit. In bucataria am avut tot ce am avut nevoie. Curtea foarte frumos aranjata. Foarte usor de parcat. Paturi comode, ar fi de preferat niste perdele mai groase la dormitoare. Am avut si cateva Jocuri de societate. Baia foarte curata.

Un loc superb, cu priveliște de vis!

Am găsit un loc minunat cu o gazdă deosebită. Nu am destule superlative ca să descriu aceasta locație. Foarte. curat și primitor Un loc în inima naturii cu toate facilitățile ce le poate dori un orășean care vrea să se odihnească să se bucure de liniște și lux în același timp. Totul este amenajat cu gust și stil . Ramona este o gazdă care face efortul de a îndeplini toate dorințele oaspeților . Ne-am îndrăgostit de Căței Am avut parte de alimente locale cu arome și calitate rară in zilele noastre. Mulțumim foarte mult pentru tot. Localnicii sunt oameni de omenie harnici si muncitori. Suntem f bucuroși că am avut parte de aceste zile in casa lui Ramona.

Stellar scenery — you're literally on top of a hill (alt 1000m) looking down, enjoying a 180-degree spectacle of nature. The hot tub was also nice — be it rainy or hot, you can always dive in. Loads of other amenities as well: a barbeque place, an outdoor lounge/eating area, and a massive fridge. Ciprian's communication was spot on, and he stepped out of his way to make sure our hot tub is ready to go on the first day.

Locatia este de-a dreptul superba, foarte linistita si frumoasa. Gazdele au fost extraordinare, grupul nostru s-a inteles foarte bine cu dânșii. Sunt niste oameni de foarte mult bun simt si atat timp cat respectati niste reguli de bun simt va fi foarte frumos pentru toata lumea. Am primit recomandari foarte bune despre ce putem vizita prin zona. Ne-am simtit foarte bine, de abia asteptam sa ne intoarcem.

We spent a lovely long weekend at Bogdan’s place. The place is very peaceful and quiet, surrounded by a beautiful landscape and nature with plenty of hiking opportunities. The hosts were very helpful and gave us recommendations about where to hike (which was the beautiful Fundătura Ponorului), when we needed privacy we could easily find cute spots in the huge garden or the forest nearby, with plenty of spots to chill. Definitely recommend it! :)

Extraordinar, pozele din pacate nu reflecta realitatea, este mult mai frumos! Drumul pana la cazare se poate face doar cu 4x4 corespunzator , este o experienta unica. Gazda foarte receptiva, am avut cateva probleme tehnice care s-au rezolvat in cel mai scurt timp pozibil, d-nul Miron este un om extraordinar si o gazda primitoare. Am avut toate cele necesare, mai mult decat ne-am fi dorit. Este un loc intim, retras, EXTRAORDINAR intr-un cuvant.

A fost minunat! Foarte curat si organizat, cu bucatarie pentru a pregati o gustare rapida. Exista posibilitatea de a manca la restaurant in apropiere. Foarte multa liniste si natura, un lac cu nuferi, loc de joaca pentru copii, plimbari in natura, inclusiv posibilitatea de a folosi ciubar. O sa revenim cu drag de cate ori avem ocazia.

Cette maison est charmante, loin de tout, du bruit et du stress de la ville. L’endroit est magnifique, plusieurs petites maisons sont prévues pour la location, le terrain est immense, la tyrolienne fut très appréciée par nos enfants, il y a de l’espace et des modules de jeux ( pas tous fonctionnels). Le ciel étoilé le soir est superbe. Toutefois certains points sont à améliorer. L’hôte tarde à répondre. Il manque certains objets essentiels comme des allumettes pour la cuisinière, une spatule, des filtres à café pour la cafetière. Heureusement les employés sur place nous ont dépanné. Des rideaux et des moustiquaires dans toutes les fenêtres seraient aussi appréciés. Lorsqu’on choisit cet endroit, il faut considérer qu’on est loin de tout et qu’il faut environ 30 minutes d’auto pour aller à l’épicerie, essence , restos, banque, etc. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, nous avions choisi cet endroit comme base pour aller faire de la randonnée dans le parc national Retezat.

Le séjour à Paulesti fut un des plus inoubliables à travers le gîte d’Ana Maria. En effet, ce lieu est tout simplement un havre de paix ou nature, calme et déconnexion se rejoigne. Le bain nordique est le detail qui fait toute la différence avec sa vue dégagée et sans vis à vis. De plus, le terrain est extrêmement bien clôturé pour les chiens et ceux ci sont accueillis amicalement par nos hôtes. Je recommande fortement ce petit bijoux loin de tout et ses hôtes réactifs et bienveillants. C’était, même, au delà de nos espérances et du descriptif de l’annonce.

Am avut cea mai frumoasa experiența la “Căsuța fără gânduri”. Domnul Virgil este foarte ospitalier si ne a făcut sa ne simțim ca acasa. Cazarea a fost impecabila, de la curățenie pana la dotările de care dispune, peisaje minunate, iar drumul prin pădure pana la cabana cu mașinile de teren a fost o experiența super. Seara am avut foc de tabăra, iar distracția a fost pe măsura. Recomand cu incredere “ Căsuța fără gânduri” pentru relaxare, distracție și amintiri de neuitat.

O locație excelentă pentru relaxare. Gazda a fost foarte prietenoasa și deschisă, iar cabana este minunata. Curățenie, relaxare, și servicii de top.

Cannot wait to return to this beautiful home! Ionel was such a great host. He made sure we had everything we needed and more! The location is amazing, very peaceful, cozy and lots of fresh air. Everything about this airbnb was perfect. Highly recommend!!!!

What a gem in the Jiu Valley! The location is great for feeling like you are escaping to the mountains, but without the crazy drive up to Straja. While near other cabins, there is privacy and uncluttered views for everyone. We loved the A-frame and outdoor spaces, as well. And a hot tub!? We recommend! A very unique experience! I can’t say enough about Andreea and her parents. Incredibly warm and welcoming. Andreea made several important calls for us concerning transportation needs and let us know multiple times that she was available if we needed her. “Responsive” doesn’t even come close to how well she communicated with us. We felt exceedingly taken care of. Thank you, Andreea!! We hope to return! You made our Luna de Miere so special!!

What a wonderful place "Almost heaven" had been for us! We went here for my wife's birthday and had a very special and meaningful time with our family. The view is spectacular and the house had a traditional touch to it. Mihaela even gave us a small bottle of palinca which was wonderful. All the facilities in the property are extremely well taken care of and we felt right at home during our stay. The neighbors of the house are very friendly and helped us a lot. It was raining alot durinf our stay at night time and the electricity went out on both nights but it was what made our stay more special. There are lanterns and light bulbs which you can use to brighten up the place. There is a dog from the neighbor which roams around the property without a leash but it is very friendly. We loved Mihaelas place and made special memories for us to remember. We definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in gemütlicher Blockhütte Wir waren zu dritt für zwei Nächte in der Hütte und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war super bequem und auch das Sofa im Wohnzimmer hat sich bestens als Schlafplatz geeignet. Die Gastgeber wohnen direkt nebenan und waren jederzeit ansprechbar – bei jeder Kleinigkeit wurde sofort und sehr herzlich geholfen. Gleich zur Begrüßung gab es frisches Brot, Kuchen und zwei Sorten selbstgebrannten Schnaps – eine wirklich schöne Geste! Als wir feststellten, dass wir vergessen hatten, Milch zu kaufen, wurde uns sofort und ganz selbstverständlich ausgeholfen – so liebevoll! Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben wir nicht genutzt, da unten genug Platz war. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen – perfekt zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen!
