Luis quickly responded to any questions I had and was attentive. The place looked exactly as pictured. The island did suffer a massive power outage during our time and Luis checked in throughout and came through when I asked him to mitigate the situation. We're were better able to handle the situation because we do have family there. Honestly we we're at Liquillo beach when it happened and we only learned of the outage when Luis inquired. I love my island and Luis's place is a great place to enjoy it!

We rented this AirBB while we searched for a home to buy on the east coast. Ironically, the home we purchased is literally down the same street in Verde Mar, and the same model/floorplan as this AirBB. We loved this home, the neighborhood, and the proximity to the beach and essential services/stores/resturants so much, that we bought one of our own !!! 🤣 Johanna and Elizabeth have been absolutely wonderful, check on us to make sure all is good, and ask if we need anything, etc. The house is darling ! Typical smaller size home in Puerto Rico, but fit our family of three and dogs just fine. In full honesty here, I actually inquired if the house was available for sale, because we loved it so much. It wasnt, but we found one with the same floorplan a few doors down, that we hope to make as nice as this AirBB in time. I usually dont write reviews, as I usually am not impressed with people, products, or services, so to write this review means more than you know. Love it here !

Quick response of host when needed. Beautiful surroundings with lake view. Close to the beach and the house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Totally recommend staying in this house.

Our family travels a lot, and we don’t like resorts or gated communities. Jose‘s place was perfect for us. Open, spacious, unobstructed and gorgeous view of the ocean. Very quiet, perfect for families or those without children, alike. Sun drenched rooms in the morning, the sound of ocean waves, and the beach was incredibly private. We saw very few people other than the wonderful residents of Punta Santiago, whom we got to know by walking the neighborhood and visiting the stores. Don’t hesitate. Communication from Jose was outstanding, and it was a little bit hard to find the property, but only because it was night time when we arrived, and a few of the roads can be a bit confusing the very first time. After that, it’s a cinch.

We had an unforgettable stay at a beautiful home in Humacao. The property was even more stunning in person, with an infinity pool offering breathtaking ocean views. I enjoyed watching the sunrise with my morning coffee and the full moon rising over the ocean each evening. The property's privacy made it a peaceful retreat. The spacious home was well-maintained and had all the modern conveniences. It was clear the owner takes great pride in the property, with everything from comfortable beds to beach items being top-notch. One standout feature was the media room, perfect for movie nights or watching sports. With my family of five, including college-age sons, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel at home. Overall, this home exceeded all our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a private, peaceful, and luxurious getaway in Puerto Rico.

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. Abbey was a truly wonderful host, responsive, kind, and attentive from start to finish. The home itself was absolutely beautiful, spacious, pristine, and immaculately clean. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location within Palmas del Mar was perfect, set in a gorgeous, private, gated community that felt both secure and serene. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-maintained and welcoming everything was. We couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. Highly recommend!

The apartment has an excellent location and A/C, walking distance to the beach & ideal place for tranquility. The apartment complex is private and close to a nearby hotel for restaurants & rental of golf carts. The host provided plenty information, extra goodies & amazed us with all the information provided related to vet care, etc as we had brought our dog with us!

This was the third time my wife and I stayed at Blanca’s Surfside villa. We brought our little dog again and she loves it as much as we do. The view is breathtaking, Blanca is such an attentive and gracious host. She makes you feel right at home. She provides everything you can possibly think of and more. It truly is a home away from home experience. We will definitely be staying again. Leaving is the hardest part.

Place was perfect for my parents and sister to spend the weekend. Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony; perfect for having a cup of coffee in the morning. Host was super quick to respond to questions or requests. It’s also spacious! Definitely recommend and would book again!!

A perfect location in Palmas. Near the beach and the pool. The villa had both a front and back porch that were a perfect place to relax and enjoy the environment.

Excelente lugar para tomar un tiempo en familia, con facilidades para niños y “pet friendly”. La seguridad del complejo esta muy bien organizada y son muy amables. Rita responde rápido y su “estudio” muy acogedor, limpio y tiene todo lo básico que necesitas. Definitivamente mi familia y yo, volvemos.

Comfortable and homely place to stay. Everything we needed was furnished. Pool and pool area was clean and perfect for spending a lot of time with our two young children. The beach at Punto Santiago was two minutes away, a local store at the end of the street and Walmart is about 10 minutes away. AC worked and water was hot. Host was easy to reach and car parking is secure. We loved our time there and would stay again.
