Beautiful place to stay down there at Palmas.

Comfortable apartment for 5 or 6 people, with equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, well organized and clean. The apartment complex where it is located is very nice and quiet. Communication with hosts was great. I would stay again without thinking about it!

Great hosts, very attentive and communicative. The villa has a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing.

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a relaxed getaway. The shops @ Plazanova were all very nice, but hrs were limited throughout the week. The beaches within Palmas are non- swimmable. There is a beach club that is $25 for a day pass only available Monday through Friday. I went with three teens and there was not much for them to do. There were some outside sport activities, that we did not do due to the heat. I stayed here from May 20 to May 26 and there was lots of seaweed on the beach and with that a smell that you can only imagine. Going to eat at the Pescaderia was NOT an option. The smell was unbearable. Despite all that the Airbnb itself was beautiful. We had more than enough beds seven to be exact, Two full bathrooms one that is shared, and one in the master bedroom.

Cute and comfy little AirBnb, perfect for a couple. Everything you need is provided. Convenient to Walmart and many other stores, if you need anything. Best of all, short drive to many locations, without the San Juan traffic. Ceiba Ferry Terminal, Luquillo, and Las Pailas, are all 45 minutes or less. Even the drive to Old San Juan and Ponce are not bad, and the views along the way are beautiful, which makes the drive seem shorter. Rick provided helpful information and recommendations prior to our visit, which was greatly appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.

Place was perfect for my parents and sister to spend the weekend. Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony; perfect for having a cup of coffee in the morning. Host was super quick to respond to questions or requests. It’s also spacious! Definitely recommend and would book again!!

5 star ⭐️ to Tortuga tranquila , a perfect house to expend a beautiful days in PR ‘s east , very comfortable, clean , spacious, pool heated ,clean , the house is located in restricted area so quiet and safe , near to the beach, highway, supermarkets,I didn’t need to communicate with Blair during my stay, “because you will found everything that you need in this place “, Blair very respectfully , i think is a good host . It was our first time in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 and everyone loved and enjoyed the place from the pool to the barbecue grill. Only five minutes until the nearest shops and restaurants/bars. We will be back and hopefully enjoy the same location, ty Jessica for sharing your home

My family and I had a beautiful 7days vacation at the Tata’s House. The house was well maintained and cleaned to our expectations. The neighborhood was vey quiet and relaxing. Everything was well maintained. Will return in the near future, and recommend to family and friends.

The property we stayed at consist of three nice sized villas overlooking an amazing view and pool. Very exotic location, with a little river in the back and beautiful lighting. The villas were immaculately designed, and the interiors were impeccable very classy taste was put into this setting. My wife loved the color schemes. The hosts were incredible as well. We will be staying here again in the future! Thank you so much for the great recommendations.

We rented this AirBB while we searched for a home to buy on the east coast. Ironically, the home we purchased is literally down the same street in Verde Mar, and the same model/floorplan as this AirBB. We loved this home, the neighborhood, and the proximity to the beach and essential services/stores/resturants so much, that we bought one of our own !!! 🤣 Johanna and Elizabeth have been absolutely wonderful, check on us to make sure all is good, and ask if we need anything, etc. The house is darling ! Typical smaller size home in Puerto Rico, but fit our family of three and dogs just fine. In full honesty here, I actually inquired if the house was available for sale, because we loved it so much. It wasnt, but we found one with the same floorplan a few doors down, that we hope to make as nice as this AirBB in time. I usually dont write reviews, as I usually am not impressed with people, products, or services, so to write this review means more than you know. Love it here !

The location of this home is special. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time as a family. We had young children with us - so be aware of the stairs. But the outside pool, basketball court, gazebo and general space to play was such a great experience for us. It also is private with the lush vegetation around the home. Ramon is very quick to respond also.

Communication was outstanding! I will say for anyone in the future to be aware this location has winding roads with many blind spots also, being that it is in the mountains that presents bugs and while I thought I prepared, we were out $120 in groceries because of them. The bugs made their way into everything, including the microwave but there are some drivable locations for food… it’s just a hassle being so far up the winding roads. Regardless, Roberto took the time to come spray, he was VERY friendly and his son as well was very accommodating. I would definitely book again, perfect spot for couples wanting a peaceful get away. We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. Our stay at Edwin’s condo in Palmas del Mar was exceptional. Edwin was incredibly responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The condo itself was in excellent condition—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Watching the sunrise over the island of Vieques each morning was absolutely breathtaking and worth the price of admission alone. One of the best things was the beach access was just steps away—less than 30 feet from the door! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Jean was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. The space was perfect for us and our three kids. The pool was closed our first two days, but Jean reimbursed us for a pass to the Wyndham pool. Location is great, steps away from the beach. Highly recommend a golf cart to navigate the wider Palmas Del Mar. Loved the extra touch of the turtle food Jean had - definitely check out the turtle pond!

We enjoyed Danielle’s place. The house has plenty of room and the rooftop patio is great outdoor space. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. There were lots of beach chairs and toys available for our use which made trips to the beach so easy and fun. Palmas Del Mar is nice and we felt very safe while we were there.
