This studio has everything you need! Cooler, grill, even laundry detergent if you need to do laundry dry! Magda and the team that managed the property was very responsive to any question...can't wait to come back!

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a relaxed getaway. The shops @ Plazanova were all very nice, but hrs were limited throughout the week. The beaches within Palmas are non- swimmable. There is a beach club that is $25 for a day pass only available Monday through Friday. I went with three teens and there was not much for them to do. There were some outside sport activities, that we did not do due to the heat. I stayed here from May 20 to May 26 and there was lots of seaweed on the beach and with that a smell that you can only imagine. Going to eat at the Pescaderia was NOT an option. The smell was unbearable. Despite all that the Airbnb itself was beautiful. We had more than enough beds seven to be exact, Two full bathrooms one that is shared, and one in the master bedroom.

It was a great place to stay for our honeymoon in Puerto Rico, gorgeous fruit trees and the best part was that we got to try there coconuts, star fruit, mangos and pana! Loved the theme and appreciated how generous the hosts were in showing us around the beach towns and which restaurants and places to visit. Would highly recommended others to stay here and we plan on coming back next year.

Place was perfect for my parents and sister to spend the weekend. Absolutely beautiful view from the balcony; perfect for having a cup of coffee in the morning. Host was super quick to respond to questions or requests. It’s also spacious! Definitely recommend and would book again!!

Mi familia y yo pasamos una estancia de maravilla en la preciosa villa de Ale y Andy. Ubica en un lugar seguro y súper tranquilo. Es bien espacioso y bien bonito. Tiene hermosas vistas desde los balcones y terrazas hacia el lago donde avistas distintas especies de aves, tortuguitas e iguanas. Es perfecto para despejarse y/o compartir en familia. Ale y Andy son muy atentos, receptivos y agradables. El lugar está equipado con todo lo que uno pueda necesitar y muy limpio. El área de la piscina es muy bonita, bien mantenida y tranquila. Pocas o ningunas personas usándola. Quedamos encantados con esta estancia, definitivamente deseamos volver. Gracias, Ale y Andy! 🌺 Recomendados al 110%!

A Truly Exceptional Stay! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ This studio was absolutely fantastic, exactly as described, and even better! Palmanova Plaza is truly a prime location with its array of restaurants and an incredible atmosphere. The rooftop pool was a dream, the views of El Yunque and Vieques from both the pool deck and the studio balcony were simply breathtaking. Palmas del Mar consistently delivers, and I'll definitely be booking this studio for all my future visits. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding support from the host and co-host. I made a mistake with my checkout date, and the host not only called to clarify but also allowed me to extend my stay for another night. Their understanding and flexibility were incredibly helpful and genuinely appreciated. That level of service truly goes a long way!

Perfect. Luquillo is great, even better for those who speak spanish and can connect with the locals. Walkable. Many nice places to eat and grab drinks. Beautiful beaches, a playa azul, playa la pared. 30min-ish Drive from San Juan, if looking for a good clubbing/partying scene, especially for younger audiences and late nights.

Excelente ubicación, con todo lo necesario para no tener que cargar con muchos motetes. Excelente limpieza y apto fresco en todos los pisos.

Llevo ya varios años alquilando los hospedajes de West Indies cada vez que me quedo en Palmas del Mar y siempre nos sentimos como en casa.

Mi estadía fué lo que buscaba. Paz y tranquilidad. Accesible a las áreas de actividades que tenía planificadas. Me encantan los amaneceres y atardeceres y desde la cama se podía apreciar una luna espectacular. La experiencia fue excelente

Beautiful and amazing view ! Jimmy was attentive, very helpful and was always available. Our family really enjoyed the apartment and facilities! We recommend to rent a Golf Cart to move around Palmas.

Gorgeous spot, very easy beach access, beautiful view, night life next door walking distance, walking distance to many stores and restaurants! Overall a great experience and if I have the blessing to come back to PR, i will stay here. 100% recommending to my peers.

Javier is a great host! Sunset at Park Villas is a very peaceful, clean, and freindly community. The apartmebt was great, comfortable, clean, very smartly decorated, and the second floor patio is such a nice little hangout spot after a long day! We will definitely be back! Gracias Javier! This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!
