A detached house in it's own grounds with no shared amenities. It is located in a small hamlet close to Chinon in the Val de la Loire. Shops, chateaux and beautiful villages are a short drive away. In the house there is a small sitting room, kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one with an en suite toilet and basin. Bathroom has a toilet, shower, bath and basin. My house is the old tufa barn from the village bakery. Recently renovated, it is 300 meters from the Château de la Belle au bois dormant and a convenience store. The enclosed courtyard allows bikes to be stored safely. In addition to the bedroom double bed, the living room is equipped with a sofa bed, equipped with a real mattress. You will also find a dvd/usb port player ( no TV channel) and board games.

Completely refurbished ,classified 3 stars furnished with tourist accommodation, the accommodation is composed of a 30 m2 main room where there is an equipped kitchen and a sofa bed with easy opening with a real 140 mattress, a 14 m2 bedroom with its 160 X 200 bed and a shower room.
