Spacious 3 bedroom, 1 flex space and 2 full bath home boasting 5 beds and a sofa bed. One covered parking and 3 offstreet parking sites. Outdoor area for barbeque in yard, along with fair condition free weights to “beef up”. 4 tvs with streaming apps and Wifi. Also huge walk-in closets in every room. Water with filtration of 87 different contaminants, so safe to drink. Big spring is known for its hard water. Home has an incredible ac system for relief from the Texas sun.
