Stay in a piece of history! The Bayside Bliss Room on the second floor, is part of the historically significant (former) Charles Ringling estate; now The Reserve Retreat. The property boasts 2 restaurants, coffee/tea shop, wine, craft beer bar. Complimentary drip coffee in our Café (open 8a-2p Fri-Sun).

Across the street from Sarasota Bay, & five minutes to Lido Key Beach & St. Armand's Circle. Short distance to Siesta Key Beach downtown & the best Sarasota attractions & cultural destinations.

The space
The Bayside Bliss Room is on the second floor of our historic venue. The spacious room has a comfortable king bed and is a short walk to the bay for spectacular sunsets. We are AirBNB Superhosts. This room is perfect for a single traveler or a couple.

Located in the Cocoanut neighborhood in the highly desirable Arts District and only a five-minute walk to the gorgeous bay - perfect for sunsets! Yet, it is close to all the action. A 5-minute drive to downtown Sarasota and the beaches, and walking distance to Publix Supermarket.

The bright and spacious bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, an ensuite with a walk in shower, and has a washer and dryer available for your use.

Hop in the car and drive just minutes to beaches, farmer's market, dining, shopping, galleries, the Ringling School of Art & Design, New College, and hosts of other Sarasota attractions.

Flying in to Sarasota? It will take you less than 10 minutes to arrive at your vacation paradise.

Other things to note
We have two on-site restaurants! On Friday-Sunday, we serve American fare breakfast and lunch from 8a-2p. Eat indoors at The Café or outdoors on our lovely courtyard.

The Reserve Kitchen by Chef Antonio is open 7 days a week. Dinner is served daily from 4:30-9:30pm. Enjoy lunch on Saturday and Sunday from noon-4. Dinner and lunch are served in a more formal setting in the lovely dining room.

Please note that daily housekeeping services are not included with your stay. However, they are available upon request (one day in advance) for an additional fee.
