We have tried to make our accommodation as cozy as possible so that our guests can feel comfortable and at ease. At night, a large French bed awaits you, with a memory mattress and anti-allergenic pillows. Two armchairs provide daytime relaxation, from which you can comfortably watch the LED TV, where more than 100 channels are available. The apartment has Wi-Fi internet. Probably the most central private accommodation in Pécs, leaving the main entrance door, we find ourselves in Széchenyi Square. The building is a monument building therefore regularly maintained in a demanding condominium. The apartment has been completely renovated with the aim of, among other things, a modern look and the complete satisfaction of the guests. Access can be arranged with a key safe on request. The house is located in the beautiful embrace of Mecsek, in the Donátus part of Pécs. A perfect, peaceful retreat for the two of you, real relaxation awaits in the spacious spaces of the house and the sumptuous panorama. The city center is close, yet far enough with all its possibilities that you can retire to a quiet place. The surrounding forest and settlements have many possibilities, depending on how you would like to spend your time. Hiking, wine tasting or a sightseeing? It's up to you!

It is located in the absolute center of Pécs, a 4-minute walk from Széchenyi Square. You can get what you need within a short walk. Built in the 1800s, completely renovated in 2020, in a unique style, with a ceiling height of 76 m2, large bourgeois apartment of 4m. There are several guarded parking lots around the property. The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

Modern tetőtéri lakás egy műemlék házban Pécs belvárosában. Pár perc séta a fontos látnivalóktól és a világörökségi helyszínektől. Abszolút központi elhelyezkedés, szuper éttermek, reggeliző helyek a közelben. Nem kell taxi:) Ingyenes parkolás 100 méterre. Wifi, smart tv, mosógép, légkondi. Felszerelt konyha: kávéfőző, vízforraló, mosogatógép, indukciós főzőlap, mikró, alapvető eszközök. Kávé, tea, olaj, fűszerek. Világos lakás sok zöld növénnyel.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Our modern, youthful accommodation is a comfy place in the city center of Pécs, only 100 meters far from Király street. The first-floor apartment is equipped with wide range of amenities (e.g. Netflix, wifi, Nespresso coffee machine) and a perfect accommodation up to 4 people, with magnificent view of the Mecsek Hill. Our newly decorated apartment is located in the heart of the historic downtown of Pécs. The pedestrian street, Király street, a few steps away, Pécs National Theater 1 minute, Széchenyi Square 3 minutes walking distance. Our apartment is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto kettle, flat screen TV with 80 channels, toaster, kettle, iron ....

Artsy studio apartment

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother. From 5 minutes’ walk from city centre there is an elegant flat with its own atmosphere. Its main entrance at the ground floor is equipped with numeric look, its windows look on to South to gardens of Tettye Forrásház. Cosy and comfortable home with well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Az apartman Pécs főterétől alig 150 méterre található. Kialakításánál igyekeztünk figyelembe venni, hogy a vendég itt tartózkodása alatt minden igényét kielégítse. Többi apartmanunkhoz hasonlóan itt is próbáltunk egyedi dizájnt létrehozni és úgy érezzük ez sikerült is, de ezt ne mi döntsük el. Gyere, próbáld ki ! :)
