The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

I don't have any comments about my stay. If I had anything, I was missing a chair on the balcony, as there were 3 or 4 in the photo, and there were only 2 (we were traveling with 3 people). Nice place to bike around the neighborhood. From longer trips, you can take the train back.

The house is a bit outdated, but that didn't bother us. Check-in was straightforward with a key box. Jiri usually responded quickly to questions.

Arnbruck is the perfect starting point for hiking the 'big 8' mountains in the Bavarian Forest. The house is in a chalet style and is extremely comfortable.
