Our house is located in the middle of many well-marked hiking trails. Within the radius of 12 Miles to 31 Miles is Zurich with its lake, Lucerne, Einsiedeln and also Engelberg with the famous Titlis. Can as well be reached in a short travel time.

Herrliberg ist eine ruhige Wohngemeinde, welche sich an der Sonnenseite des Zürichsee befindet. Mit dem Zug hat man bis in die Stadt nur rund 17 Minuten. Jose und seine Frau waren sehr nett und das Zimmer war super. Obwohl wir nur das Zimmer und eigenes Badezimmer hatten, hatten wir genug Privatsphäre. Küche, Wohnzimmer und Balkon konnten wir auch mitverwenden. Jose war hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Coco, ihr Hund, ist sehr lieb und Jose hat uns auch sicherheitshalber gewarnt, ob wir mit einem Hund in der Wohnung klar kommen, was für uns kein Problem war. Die Wohnung ist gut vom Zug erreichbar. Wir können das Zimmer echt empfehlen, vor allem falls man jemanden in Nähe von Horgen besucht!

Bernhard is a wonderful host, accommodative and helpful. He is prompt and proactive with his communication and gives guidelines and recommendations if you require. I will recommend his apartment. The only caveat is that his apartment is a bit away from the Zurich main city but it is very well connected by public transport.

I really loved this space; it was so peaceful and so beautiful. It was right by the lake, and it felt so serene, as if I was in my own world. The only thing is it's quite a far walk to the metro but there is a bus, and actually I liked being apart from the city and the walk is stunning by the lake and the view of the mountains. This place is magical!! You have to get the sky loft room with the bathtub an breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne. You did need a rental car to book this place. But it’s worth it.
