Kristen was a wonderful host. Friendly & accommodating. The house was lovely, comfortable, and well equipped. I especially loved the upstairs loft with the picture window that offered a great view of the surrounding marshlands from the upstairs desk. The outdoor spaces were great for cookouts & fishing too if you’re up for a little kayaking. There are set of wind chimes that sing the most beautiful melody creating an almost hypnotically relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend!!

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

Great stay. The place was exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space relaxing in the pool and letting the dogs romp in the nice, private fenced yard.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. We were in town for a family Christmas, and it was wonderful to have our own accommodations. There was plenty of space, a ton of amenities, and communication was frequent and thorough. We did have a bit of trouble getting in, and our hosts quickly resolved the issue and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend working with Brit and Brandon and staying at their beautiful property.

This place is a little gem. Great high end Decor. Spectacular shower and bathroom sink!! Kayaking off the pier was excellent. be careful on weekends because river was like a highway, absolutely packed. During the week was peaceful with substantially less people. rented a go boat which was delivered to the pier and was really fun for a day when you don't feel like paddling. Check out Hernando Beach for fun entertainment and food options. Italian restaurant up the street was unbelievable! Great service and wonderful food. Upper Deck was a great let down this trip, frozen food cooked badly.. This a great little place for two people!

I stayed for 1 night with my family, we felt right at home. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was close to the springs. I would stay here again.

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

Perfect location for our plans with local family and friends. We felt totally comfortable like it was our home. No hotel vibes at all. So relaxing and the pool was a fantastic retreat! Clean, spacious, and an amazing host. We will be back!

Booked the property for a mini vacation with family for my birthday weekend. We had the best time!! The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. There were ample amenities provided to for a relaxing stay and the hosts, Alix and Summer, were both super nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommend this stay. Me and my family are definitely going to make this a regular booking!!

Erika was such an incredible host! Terrific and kind communication in such a timely manner! And the place?!? Such an amazing little oasis!! Private, relaxing, serene, clean……I could not have asked for a better place! I will definitely be staying here anytime I come to this area, I loved it so much!!!

Absolutely loved this place. It was very comfortable and my kids loved the pool. The only negative was not being able to take a bath in the large jetted tub. There wasn’t a stopper provided to be able to fill the tub and relax in the bath. All else was amazing and my kids and I loved it!

This place was perfect for our group of several families! The pool set up and outdoor living area were ideal for adults socializing while kids played in the pool. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with everything needed to cook. The two living spaces were also great for kids and adults to have their own space. The drive to Weeki Wachee state park was quick and easy. Sandra was a very responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Tam is a wonderful host it was a last minute trip and Tam responded to my request in minutes also just2 minutes after I booked it wrote me A message with codes and let me know everything.. everything was clean and beautifully decorated. will most definitely be recommending to friends and will definitely use again. I have so many things more I would like to put on here about how lovely of a stay it was but there's just to much to type. Tam is a wonderful host defined goes above and beyond

This is the 2nd time staying at Paul’s place. It was great as usual.

Spacious and worth the price. Nice linens and hot showers. Easy to navigate the appliances and spacious fridge for that size of a camper. I appreciated the mat in front of the door to leave shoes and not ring dirt in. Cleaning supplies accessable and friendly communication. My 3 kids were comfortable on the pull out and table that converted to a bed. Husband and I were very comfortable on the master bed. I appreciate the stay!

Booked a weekend stay for my boyfriends 28th birthday. This was such an unforgettable stay for us. I could go on and on, but I’ll keep it short and say Dustin was one of the best hosts I’ve experienced on air bnb. He responded promptly every time I had a question and was so friendly. The house was clean and had endless amenities. The main reason I booked this stay is because of the included kayaks and boat launch which made kayaking so easy. We already can’t wait to come back. The kids loved the experience! We had an early morning Manatee tour in the area. The location was convenient for us!

My family and I stayed here for a little four day vacation visiting the Weeki Wachee River. The home was everything we expected and more. Perfect place to relax after long days of paddling and swimming. I would highly recommend this location and this host to anybody looking for a place to stay.

This was the perfect place for our family gathering! Tons of space for all of us, and the game room was a huge hit! Getting to see the animals was a big plus too! We'll definitely be back!

we were very comfortable at Tyler's airbnb and we found in the kitchen everything we need it the location was great as it is close to the rivers we were planning on going. Tyler was very quick to let us know we forgot something important and I was thankfully still in the area, he saved me a big headache!
