Lovely, newly renovated house in the countryside, free parking and garage right by the house, with terrace and garden, very well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, washing machine... The house is situated in a quiet location not far from the edge of the forest with beautiful walking paths and a great developed bike network and Kneipp facility nearby. Our apartment is close to the city center (1.2 km), train station (850 m), airport (3.3 km). You do not need a car. There is a supermarket and bakery in the neighborhood. The city center (market square) is a 15-minute walk. You'll feel right at home. You live climate-neutral. Our place (about 41 square meters) is good for couples, solo and business travelers. Extensive amenities available. The garden is also open to guests, but currently limited in use.

Welcome to the beautiful city of Memmingen. Our apartment is in the best location, right in the city center. The main train station with direct connection to the airport is just a 3-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity is the pedestrian zone with numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Thanks to the good location and the good transport connections, we are perfectly located for excursions to Munich, Ulm, Lindau, Kempten and the Alps.

Very cozy and charming attic apartment with approx. 70 m². 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen/living area and 1 bathroom. Bus station right in front of the house. 5 minutes' drive to Memmingen. Allgäu Airport can be reached in a few minutes by bus or car! The mountains are also a short drive away by car or train! Ungerhausen is located near the A7 and A96, about 10 km east of Memmingen.
