After a long renovation process i managed to rebuild a part of my garage in my dream tiny house/apartment. It's a place where i love to live myself. The entrance is a-typicall and is true my garage door and basement. But then you enter the cozy basement, a little apartment half under ground, half above, with window view on the garden. It's at the same address as my other listing. The apartment is located at 15 minutes walking distance from the central trainstation of Leuven, next to a big park.

Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! No smoking allowed in the building.

The spacious apartment for 2 people is located 500 m from the station via park Belle-Vue where it is cozy hiking or cycling. A safe garage space at 150m is also available for the car and the bikes to store. A top place to stay for those who want to taste the atmosphere and coziness of Leuven.

Mechelen is also centrally located to visit Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Hasselt..
