Waterfront vacation rentals in Hollands Kroon

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Peter & Inge. Sie sind fantastische Gastgeber, angefangen von dem herzlichen Empfang bei dem wir uns sofort Willkommen sowie „zu Hause“ fühlten bis hin zur freundlichen Kommunikation bei diversen Fragestellungen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt um einen Familien-Urlaub zu verbringen und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage der Wohnung lädt zu einem Spaziergang in den Dünen sowie zum nahegelegenen Strand ein. Auch Tagesausflüge nach Volendam, Alkmaar oder auch Medemblik bieten sich an und sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Schmuckstück sehr genossen und bedanken uns bei Peter & Inge für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn sie uns noch einmal als Gäste empfangen würden.

Do not hesitate to go there! It is the perfect getaway! Everything is well thought, well decorated, we felt so quickly at home and at peace. There are some houses and neighbours around the house but you might only see them when you arrive and leave. The place is private and quiet. The view is exactly like the picture, we spent evenings looking at the sky, the birds, the rabbits and the cows. A great place 😊

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Het appartement ligt in een rustige en natuurlijke omgeving, is smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles was brandschoon en goed verzorgd. De locatie is ideaal: je bent zo in Harlingen en Franeker. Ympkje is een ontzettend vriendelijke en attente host, die altijd klaarstaat. We voelden ons direct welkom. Een absolute aanrader! --- Laat het me weten als je nog iets wilt aanpassen qua toon of lengte.

Ik heb een superfijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Eva! Een mooie, ruime woning die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Leuk detail vond ik het vrolijke Blond servies! Daarnaast is de ligging ideaal: het station en het centrum zijn dichtbij en de woning biedt de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een mooie wandeling langs de grachten. Bovendien was Eva goed bereikbaar en reageerde ze heel snel op berichten. Ik kan iedereen dit appartement aanraden!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung, eingezäuntem Außenbereich und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Die Kommunikation war super ☺️👍🏼

Sehr schönes Apartment, perfekte Lage und makellose Kommunikation.

Perfekte Lage. Man ist mitten im Trubel und hat dennoch eine kleine Terrasse nach hinten raus mit absoluter Ruhe. Top gepflegt alles . Wir waren ganz begeistert und Ivar hat sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Vielen Dank

Marius er en fantastisk vært. Huset er der kræset for, så vi kan fuldstændig slappe af i de smukke omgivelser. Huset ligger stille og roligt sted, men alligevel i tæt gåafstand en byens behageligheder. Vi har været her for anden med vores børnebørn, der nu er teenagere. De foreslår, det bliver en tradition, at vi tager på tur til Medemblik. Der stod en flaske champagne til os som velkomst. Den største velkomst var dog, at der var så rent og hyggeligt. Man føler sig virkelig taget imod og velkommen.

We had an amazing stay at Sandra's house in Breezand. This spacious property was ideal for a group stay, providing a plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location is fantastic, nestled in a peaceful village. The house itself was well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We had a lovely 8 night stay in this cozy cottage by the canal. The bed was comfy, the place was peaceful, and Noortje was a kind host who even gave us fresh eggs from her chickens. There was some parking lot construction early on and occasional activity from the business next door, but nothing major. Just a heads-up: check-in and check-out were in person (not self-service), and there was a tourist tax to be paid in cash at the end, which wasn’t mentioned upfront in the listing. Overall, a great spot for a quiet getaway.

Die Wohnung war sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche haben uns ein paar Dinge an Geschirr gefehlt. Auch wird es relativ schnell warm dort, da es ein Anbau ist. Zuerst hat uns irritiert, dass die Tür zur Wohnung nicht abschließbar ist und im Flur eine Treppe zum Vermieter hochgeht. Aber wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und keiner kam die Treppe heruntergelaufen. Kommunikation sehr freundlich und schnell.

Il faisait beau et tout est toujours plus agréable quand le soleil brille mais dans tous les cas : - maisonnette très agréable, cosy - terrasse donnant directement sur l'étang (passionnantes conversations avec les canards du coin) - arrivée très facile et hôte réactif - superbe couché de soleil pour bien terminer la journée tout en mangeant sur la terrasse.

Wir hatten einen schönen und sehr entspannten Aufenthalt in diesem super hübschen, individuellen Bungalow. Die Küche ist nicht nur optisch toll, sie ist auch bestens ausgestattet. Trotz Park hat man seine Privatsphäre, der Garten ist komplett bewachsen und umzäunt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gern wieder, ganz klare 10 von 10!

Probably the best AirBnB we‘ve been to in the Netherlands! Absolutely amazing renovated traditional house that felt cosy and right at home. We were 4 adults and one child (aged 8). The hosts were kind enough to set an extra bed for my daughter, which was very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen. We didn’t miss anything. Very quiet and private location and beautiful surroundings. The garden is very peaceful and there is even a water channel at the back! We‘re absolutely looking forward to staying here again soon.

Paul, der Vermieter, hat eine ruhige und persönliche Art. Sehr angenehm. Absolut hilfsbereit, sehr schnell reagierend und freundlich. Ausstattung - insbesondere die Küche - war defintiv in Ordnung. Gerne wieder!

schöne Lage um fußläufig Alkmaar zu erkunden

Wir waren im Juni 2025 für 7 Tage in der Klaver Garage und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei Fragen haben Sanny und Dennis umgehend geantwortet. Man kann die Klaver Garage guten Gewisens weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße Matthias und Christiane

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es war erstaunlich sauber und es roch gut. Internet-Geschwindigkeit liegt bei ~200 Mbits, mehr als Ausreichend. Johanna war sehr freundlich und hat schon an der Unkunft auf uns gewartet. Sie war stets bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Schöne ruhige Lage. Was eventuell für den Aufenthalt bedacht werden sollte: Das Schlafzimmer ist offen. Es befindet sich keine Tür oder ähnliches zwischen dem Rest der Unterkunft.

Het was super leuk. De accommodatie ligt prachtig gelegen met een uniek uitzicht op het IJsselmeer. Daardoor ook constant frisse lucht, wind, geruis van het water. Wij vonden dat heerlijk. Aan de dijk ook een strandje om te zwemmen. Goede bedden, prima keuken en douche, fijne huiskamer om heerlijk te relaxen. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie is er aanwezig. Ook is er voor de hond gedacht. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

Linda‘s place is a really nice apartment. In the inner circle of Alkmaar‘s old town but quiet though. Situated at a lovely Chanel where people sit outside and where there is a very special atmosphere in the evening when the sun goes down. The apartment is as described and we liked it a lot. There is a lift to the third floor which is of great help for people that struggle with stairs. Communication was easy and proactive. I can highly recommend this place.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Am Wochenende war es teilweise sehr laut, weil auf dem Parkplatz gegenüber sich viele Tuner getroffen haben. Unter der Woche war es super ruhig und wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr schoene, suesse Wohnung. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich, schnelle Antworten und gute Empfehlungen fuer restaurants in der naehe. Direkt am Strand, schoene und ruhige gegend. Alles sehr sauber. Zu empfehlen.👍🏼

TinyHouse Alkmaar is a small, very very small house.. but I felt like home. Thing is - the owners are one of a kind - and that is after staying in the previous airbnb which the host make me feel as if I am doing something wrong just for wishing to cook in the kitchen… If the only thing i mainly have to say about the “negative”, I guess - that’s the best compliment you can give, given the housing prices. If the price works for you, if the size doesn’t make you unable to move physically, you might find TinyHouse to be the best! The house is tiny, but very well planned and consolidated. Some things are inevitable- like water splashing to the floor.. while washing dishes or cooking.. I can go on and on - bottom line though - it felt like home. Arjon and Femka are the best house owners to have.. the best. To conclude, the house is small, the owners - the biggest heart (test me on that by all means). I could stay there for a year, if I could. Thank you Femka, and thank you - Arjon!
