Within walking distance (about 400 meters) from the house there is a large dog forest, and within a short distance there is access to nature. At the house there is free parking space for several cars. There is a terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The garden is completely enclosed with wooden fences - children and dogs can play freely in the garden.

The apartment is 14 sqm and is a large room where there is a 2 pers. bed and a sofa bed that can be knocked out. There is an outdoor kitchen with water and barbecue ( THERE IS ONLY WATER OUTSIDE). The apartment features a small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and a microwave. Bathroom and toilet are located next to the apartment. YOU HAVE TO GO OUT TO GET INTO THE BATHROOM. It is 1.6 km to the city centre and 1.9 km to the beach. Linen package with towels can be purchased for 80kr per package.

In addition, a small coffee table on the other side of the house, where breakfast can be enjoyed in the morning sun. Five minute walk to Vippefyret and Sønderstrand, Skagen Museum and Brøndums Hotel.

Enjoy a stay in beautiful Østerby in November or December. The whole of Østerby is beautifully decorated for Christmas and the big Christmas tree at the Water Tower is lit on November 15th. I offer a newer, charming house centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in Østerby, Skagen. We are close to both city and nature. The house is close to Skagen Museum, Anchers Hus, Brøndums Hotel, Iscafeen, Bamsemuseet, butcher Munch, harbor and beach. You can walk to lovely Sønderstrand in a few minutes.

There are several good eateries, small cozy shops and two supermarkets within walking distance. It is about 500 meters to the train station, which runs Skagen-Ålborg.
