Villa vacation rentals in Hội An

The villa exceeded our expectations — spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We especially loved the private pool and the open-plan living area where we could slide the doors open and enjoy the fresh air. The property feels tucked away, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere. Although we spent more time in Hoi An and found the commute a bit far, we really wish we had more time to enjoy the villa itself. Communication with the host was top-notch — very responsive and attentive. The team was incredibly accommodating and generous throughout our stay.

My friends and I stayed here for four nights over the Christmas period, and we had a lovely time in this beautiful property. It was impeccably pristine, the hosts and house keeper would reply immediately and were so attentive, and the property itself is absolutely astounding. The location is a 15 minute drive from the Old Town and Grabs are readily available. We wished to extend for an additional night and the hosts allowed with no problem, even with very little notice. Simply cannot recommend this stay enough! Thank you so much for having us.

From start to finish, Loic and Hoa and the rest of the team looked after us and our four children staying with us super well. The house is beautiful, in a gorgeous peaceful location, with a lovely view of the paddy-fields exactly as pictured. The friendly team of lovely ladies cooked us a delicious fresh breakfast each morning and the hosts went above and beyond to provide food for our babies and children and help us out with things we needed. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that the fourth bedroom is not as pictured on the listing. The listing on 'where you will sleep' shows another picture of the master bedroom. The actual fourth room is downstairs and does not have a window. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bar was incredibly well stocked. We definitely hope to return!

Julie was a wonderful host, polite, helpful, and incredibly understanding. Although we encountered a few issues, she helped resolve them amicably and with genuine care. Chi, the co-host, was also fantastic, shared many beautiful places to visit and helpful tips that enriched our trip. Thank you, Julie and Chi, for your sincere support and dedication.

We were a group of 9 friends and we all loved the place. Bee is a super host who is always responsive and sweet. She helped with a lot of recommendations and also arranged for a trip to Ba Na hills at the last moment. The bathrooms are the highlight of each room however, 3 rooms are on the 1st floor (which they call 2nd floor here) where it might be tricky to get your big suitcases. But bee ensured we had help for carrying them up and down both while checking in and checking out. Overall, a solid 9/10. It’s slightly away from the old town approx 7-10 mins drive but getting around is quite easy with a Grab. And we’d give a 10/10 for Bee being such an amazing host.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa with a group of 9 adults. The house was exactly as described - clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all bedrooms having en suite bathrooms, which was a huge plus for our group. The real standout, though, was the host. We made several requests and took advantage of nearly all the additional services offered, including airport pickup, BBQ service, and breakfast at the villa. Everything was handled smoothly, promptly, and with genuine kindness. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this property and host!

Staying at Hai's place was a treat, the neighborhood was great. the bugs and amenities could use some work but with plenty of things around we were still comfortable. Hai was extremely responsive and was a great host. I would recommend his place with some good bug spray at bay (thanks minimart!)

We had an amazing stay at the property, although it wasn’t without hiccups. When we arrived, they were trying to repair the air conditioning on the 2nd floor. We ended up moving to 2 different villas over the next 3 days before moving back to this one when they finally fixed everything. These things happen and I cannot fault the team for doing their best to accommodate us. The property and service level is amazing which is why it does deserve its 5 stars.

great host but the place was a bit older then the photos presented. quite expensive compared to similar big houses in the area.

12 of my closest friends and family members stayed for 3 nights very comfortably and enjoyably. It was spacious, clean, and it was nice to have a cool air conditioner, and Danang restaurants and bars were hot because the air conditioner was too weak. The host responded so kindly, and it was the Danang fireworks period. He booked the sky36 bar vip in Novotel, so I had a beautiful and unforgettable experience with the flames burst right in front of me.

Everyone in the group was satisfied. It's clean and luxurious. However, there were too many items sold in the refrigerator, so it was a little inconvenient to put in the group's groceries.

I was looking for a place to stay for a large family trip (15 people) and chose it. Even before the trip, they responded quickly through Airbnb chat and messenger, and kindly listened to double pick-up requests (hotel pick-up after airport pick-up) that can be difficult. He kindly explained to me when I checked in and gave me the necessary information and tickets, etc. The place was much better than what was shown in the photos, and I was very pleased. It was nice that it was very close to My Khe Beach, and the delicious restaurants were a 5-10 minute walk away. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff who made them were very friendly and nice. It was such a good memory that I thought I should choose my next international trip to Da Nang. Thank you for running a good accommodation ~!

Truc's place is lovely. The house is clean and spacious and the swimming pool is gorgeous!!! Truc was so helpful! She arranged a taxi to and from the airport, a scooter for my son and supplied lots of local knowledge. We had 10 delightful days in Hoi An and would definitely come back to Truc's house and would recommend to friends.

It was a nice and peaceful location

There are cats in the back, and they come all the way to the front door and drink water from the pool. It's so cute. The pool is also nice because it's long. The bed and sofa are also nice because they're big. I left something behind, and when I contacted them, they sent it to me right away by courier. I used it comfortably before heading out.

We had a great stay at Ann's villa! She was kind to accommodate us last second when another host cancelled. And she was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. The villas is a short walk to the beach and central pool. Both the beach and private pool receive a lot of sun until late afternoon, so we utilized the central pool in the mornings. It's a long walk to reception where you can get a taxi/grab elsewhere, but buggies are available if you are willing to wait. With that being said, the surroundings at Furama Villas are lovely, so the occasional walk was enjoyable. The A/C and hot water worked well and we had no issues with insects. Pots and pans were available to cook, but have seen better days. All-in-all we had a great stay and look forward to visiting again. Thanks Ann!

5 stars to both the villa AND host Kiet. Kiet was there to greet and part us, and always available on messaging. The villa was great with comfortable bedrooms (not the cheap mattresses), not on picture but complete with a modern washing machine, and mega fast WIFI (500mbps, I had no trouble doing Zoom calls). The only improvement I will suggest is to install aircons on the 1F. The 2F has three aircons (which works great) and the idea is for the cold air to flow down to the 1F, but it still felt warm. Bicycle was great - not in pristine condition but did the job; a quick ride down to the rice paddies for coffee was bliss. Beach is GREAT - no one around but very clean, with calm and clear waters, we enjoyed our morning dips. Also not mentioned but equidistant to the other side is a breezy river. Cafe next door (literally, shares a wall) run by a lovely couple is open from 6am, we were there everyday. Minimart behind (3 steps from back gate) has vegies, we got our limes for drinks there.

Our stay was so enjoyable! So many options in the surrounding area. Extremely walkable and close to many Michelin recommended restaurants. The villa was spacious and well appointed. We felt very much at home and the pool was a welcome from the heat. The host was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again!
