The apartment is located in a building with more than 100 yrs of history which we recently renovated with a brand new fully fitted kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, wifi and all modern commodities you will need to enjoy your stay. With its free parking space and lovingly decorated interiors it is ideal for a nice and cosy getaway.

New, beautiful apartment in the mountains

This apartment is located at 960 m and can be reached in just 10 minutes by car from Hohenems train station. On school-free days, a bus also runs almost to the door. It is great for families and is right next to the "Kreers Alp" snack bar. The outdoor facilities are of course usable and offer space for playing in the great outdoors in addition to the barbecue area. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towel service and a hairdryer are also available free of charge.

Urlaub in den Alpen Unsere neu renovierte Ferienwohnung in den Bergen (1000 m ü. A.) stellt für jede/n eine warme und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Bleibe zum vernünftigen Preis dar. Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. Der Ausblick auf die Schweizer Berge ist fantastisch. Abendrot geniessen oder am Beamer einen Film geniessen.

The apartment is at the village entrance of Hohenems. Hohenems is the ideal starting point for your activities (hiking, skiing...). From Hohenems you are immediately in Dornbirn, to Bregenz or Feldkirch it is a good 15-minute highway ride. The motorway connection is reachable in a few minutes. In addition, the proximity to Switzerland and Liechtenstein offers another advantage. The perfect secondary residence for your company in Liechtenstein/Switzerland.

This well-kept living-bedroom apartment in an old building is centrally located and offers a cozy comfort. A private parking lot is available free of charge. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom with shower. In the sleeping area there is a very high-quality pull-out bed and another sofa which can be used as an additional single bed. Beautiful outdoor patio is available. Also there is space to keep your bicycles, ski equipment if needed.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The apartment is located in a 2 family house upstairs. There is a private entrance, parking and a carport available. In a garden lounge, you can really relax on warm days. It is a central starting point in the middle of the Rhine Valley for hikes and many beautiful excursions. Our stay in Hohenems was just amazing! Even before we arrived, the host provided us with helpful information about the accommodation and the place itself, which made our arrival and stay much easier. The place was spotlessly clean and pleasantly cool despite the location in the attic, which we particularly appreciated. A special highlight was that the host pointed us to the city festival taking place, which we then also attended – a real experience! The later check-out was also easily possible and perfectly rounded off our stay. We highly recommend this property and the warm host.

Alexandra and Walter are excellent hosts. They are both welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful. The flat is exactly as described and photographed, and the place is spotless. I would definitely stay there again if I visit the area in the future, and would 100% recommend it to others
