Great Stay at this place. It’s a brand new building with spacious apartment, very clean & generous home supplies. The team communicated very well. Street parking around the building is not easy to find but there is a parking which can be used.

Dopo diverse volte a Manhattan abbiamo deciso di vivere l’esperienza di un appartamento nel New Jersey. L’alloggio ottimamente collegato con Manhattan (circa 10 minuti di Path ) ha una vista mozzafiato sullo skyline. Spazioso e ben arredato, ha tutto quello che serve per godere di un’ottima vacanza. A due passi da casa, letteralmente, si trovano un grande supermercato ed un centro commerciale. Zona tranquilla e perfetta per piacevoli passeggiate. Arthur e Gabby sono stati super reattivi per risolvere un piccolo inconveniente e molto disponibili in generale.

We couldn’t have asked for a better space, Steps from the best views of the city, steps from the path train and a lovely garden. A gem of a flat. Would love to be back there.

The home was exactly as described and very cleanly! We really appreciated all of the amenities and they made the stay even more comfortable. The kitchen is a bit of a tight fit, but had everything you need. There rest of the home is cozy yet roomy. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk around and explore local stores, including grocery stores, and restaurants as well as very accessible to public transit. My family and I used the station nearby nearly every day that we were there. It was an easy walk and there is a bus stop around the corner. Getting to New York or around New Jersey is a breeze! The noise from the bars wasn’t too noticeable, even on Friday night. We found that the loudest was late Friday while in the living room/near the windows as there were people on the sidewalk talking loudly. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again! The hosts were kind and responded quickly which was appreciated.

Amazing location, easily walkable to so many restaurants and right next to Lincoln Park. Perfect amount of space that has everything you would need. The active birdbath in the backyard was a nice touch for a city stay. Samantha was very helpful in allowing us to park in driveway.

Highly recommended!!!! This apartment is exactly like in photos. All the amenities, beautiful views, nice neighborhood, walkable area, super clean and organized, comfortable furniture and ideal design! Owner is super quick and gives answers right away!!! Always ready to help with anything!! This apartment was everything what we needed and more! We have been a family of 5 (fifth person was using a couch for sleeping but it was very comfortable). Bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. One bedroom was master bedroom. Kitchen had all the appliances, dishwasher, big fridge, coffee machine with coffee, clothes washing machine and dryer, iron with the iron table, 2 hair dryers, lots of bed sheets, robes etc. the home design is perfect!! Full of nice decorations and even beautiful trees!!! We have not used pool and gym but it is available too. We also used a free parking for our car and it was very convenient! This apartment is 100/100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful five-night stay at this lovely Hoboken home. The space is incredibly well-organized and thoughtfully maintained. The accommodation also has a nice backyard for breakfasts in the morning. The host was consistently responsive and helpful, whether we had questions about the house, the neighborhood, or even local parking logistics. Her quick replies made it very easy The home is also filled with a great collection of books, which adds personal touch to the space. Recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodations in the area.

The brick wall house was a great stay with beautiful interiors. It felt like home with all the amenities available, also very clean. Andres was very responsive on replying to messages and also provided blender on my request. Great host. Had a small confusion on the doors and it's keys, Andres helped in sorting it out immediately. The only draw back in this stay happened to be the neighborhood it was not suitable for walking around at night. Just couple of streets past this ocean avenue was very pleasant and good neighborhood but not this one. Use only cabs and delivery apps at night.

Jami's place is great. It was clean and exactly what we expected. The rooftop view was amazing. You can see the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center from the roof very nicely. The large open kitchen and living room was great for our group as we weren't all on top of each other. The price was great, and it was a great way to experience New York City without staying in NYC.

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

Our stay here was perfect, exactly what we needed for a family of 7 looking to visit NYC for a few days, but not wanting to stay in the hustle bustle of the city. The place was extremely clean from top to bottom and offered great amenities for a large party like ours. The coffee in the kitchen area, and the awesome game room were the icing on the cake too. It was very comfortable and walkable to a coffee shop, supermarket and restaurants. We would Uber to the Path train in the morning to head into the city. Eunice was extremely responsive and never missed a beat. We truly felt comfortable, safe and relaxed in her place. I would recommend it hands down without hesitation!

Our stay at this AirB&B was absolutely perfect for our large family of seven. The spacious accommodations allowed everyone to settle in comfortably, and we all fit together quite well. The beds were incredibly cozy, and I found myself wishing I could take the mattresses home with me. The pillows, too, were wonderfully soft—such a contrast to those at hotels that tend to leave your neck aching. We had everything we needed to relax and, if we desired, prepare our own meals. The host was exceptionally attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we felt pampered and well-cared for, almost akin to staying at a five-star hotel. I had conducted thorough research before our trip, knowing that parking was crucial for our large group. This place was truly ideal; while it may take some time to reach New York City, that's only due to traffic, not distance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that met all our needs!

Tatiana’s place was just as described and a great location for our visit to NJ. We received lots of recommendations and great communication both in advance and during our arrival and stay. The place was easy to find and we had no problems while we were there. A great area and a really cool space!

We had a lovely stay! Looked just like the photos and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. Conveniently located near MetLife Stadium which was our whole purpose of staying here. Would def stay here again.

Michael was an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful! Also, the space itself was fantastic. Had such a great stay at his place, very clean, well stocked and so close to everything.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

Andi was a great host. We loved the area. It offered a sense of serenity from the madness of Manhattan, but still had great cafes, restaurants and shopping close by. Access to Manhattan was incredibly easy via either the 126 bus straight into New York, or a short walk to the Hoboken station and then the Path (subway) only one stop to the West Village and beyond. We loved our time at Andi’s and highly recommend her house.

Wonderful experience! Joana is a Super Fantastic Host with a great place to stay when visiting the Hoboken area or looking for a convenient place to stay near NYC. Joana was very proactive in taking steps above and beyond expectations to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect for walking to numerous bars and restaurants, as well as a short 10 minute walk to the PATH Train Station for when we wanted to go into NYC. We found the unit cozy and clean with all the amenities and appliances needed during our stay. We opted to cook dinner our first night and daily breakfasts and had all the utensils, appliances, and condiments/spices we needed. It is a 2 level unit with the bedroom and BR upstairs, which is on the sidewalk level, with a lower level having the kitchen and living room area in the basement. Plenty of natural light gives the entire unit a light and airy feel to it. Unit is perfect size and layout for 2 guests. Would stay here again for sure!

The apartment is located on the third floor of a very quiet building. The surrounding area was also very quiet and safe. The apartment itself was very tidy when we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean. The facilities were exactly as described and perfectly adequate. We also had coffee and tea available, which we really appreciated. Communication with the owner was very quick and helpful. Overall, I rate our week-long stay as wonderful, we enjoyed it very much. We had such a wonderful time staying here! A beautiful space that was exactly what we were hoping for. Excellent location for being close enough to nicely get into the city while being in a much quieter neighborhood. Jaden was incredibly helpful and responsive which was very appreciated. Parking as noted by many others is the only downside, but that’s no fault of the owners’, it’s just par for the course for the area. Still absolutely beats staying in the chaos of the city! We would definitely stay again!!!

This place was amazing. Cozy, homey, friendly and warm, everything you could think of. Ozge helped us a bunch with clear instructions of check in and check out and was always responsive whenever something came up. I would 100% stay here again!
