A great area to stay at. Lots of things close by if you needed something. Short drive to New York. Debbie gave great instructions on how to get to the cottage house and checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going fine. The snow was beautiful in the yard and our dogs loved it since we are from the south and rarely get snow. Would definitely stay here again if we ever decided to come back this way.

We had such a fabulous time staying here! It was an easy commute to both NYC and Sports Illustrated Stadium, and parking was very easy. I was traveling with my grandmother, and Christina was very proactive and reached out to make sure she would be able to climb all the stairs, which was incredibly thoughtful! The space was very clean and felt more spacious than I expected. I would definitely recommend Christina’s place to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Host was extremely nice and immediately responsive. The place had flooring that could be redone but the details in each room for decor were amazing. Not in the best part of town, but wasn’t the worst. You could hear everything going on upstairs and in the description it states balcony to be used for smoking but balcony wasn’t available to us on the first floor apartment.

Wanda was such a wonderful hostess. Even tho she wasn’t with us, she responded to all questions and requests we had. It was a lovely home and I would recommend staying here.

Defina was amazing! We had issues with the place with some of the electricity and she helped us immediately as well as was quick in responding. She was even kind enough to give us a return on a credit for the issue. The breakfast was awesome and more than expected. More than enough for the entire family. Only reason there were some stars were not filled was because the neighborhood was quite dangerous. Don’t walk around the area, straight in and out from the uber to the house.

The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and provided a perfect retreat after busy days in the city. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer messages and full of helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and even when my check-in time kept changing last minute due to a delayed flight, the host was super flexible and made the check-in process easy and stress-free. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was spotless upon arrival. It’s located in a beautiful area with man y great restaurants and supermarkets. Living so close to the PATH station was a huge advantage, and bus and train options were also easily walkable. I was able to get around effortlessly, whether heading into Manhattan or exploring nearby spots. Overall, I felt comfortable and well taken care of during my entire stay. I’d absolutely book this place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I was in town and needed a place to stay last minute and this was just what I needed. The host was responsive and very accommodating. The place was neat and had everything. I’d definitely stay again when I’m back in Newark.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Arnol and Ruben were excellent hosts. It felt like visiting family. They went above and beyond, even making us breakfast and providing tips to help us first timers navigate the city. Hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve had in 10 years. Also, the comfiest pillows!!! Next time I’m back to New York, I will for sure stay here again.

My daughter really enjoyed her stay at Phil's. It was extremely clean and convenient. The balcony with the NYC skyline was truly a highlight. Special shout out to Gio for providing transportation throughout her stay.

It’s honestly a great place to stay. The only issue is parking. Definitely gotta make time and plan that out . Other then that perfect stay 👌

This stay was great in location and inside. It was comfy and clean. No issues at all throughout the stay and practical location.

Your best bet to explore NY. We happened to spend a long weekend and found Alex’s place just perfect. Its location is amazing, within walking distance to Central Park, many restaurants and supermarkets, and close to the public transport. The room and bed were comfy, and the flat super well equipped which allowed us to cook breakfast and meals. The host was most gracious, instructions were always clear and allowed us to store our bags so we could take advantage of our time in the city. 100% recommended!

I highly recommend Lee's place. It is exactly how it looks in the photos, everything is very clean. The bed is super comfy and it's quiet at night so great for a good night's rest after walking around all day! The outside space is perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning and glass of wine in the evening after a long day. Lee is great for recommendations and is on hand to answer any questions you have. We had a late flight and Lee kindly let us leave our luggage until we were ready to go. I really enjoyed my stay here, thanks so much Lee ☺️

Eleonora’s place? Absolutely perfect. The location is ideal—right in the heart of Greenpoint, Brooklyn— quiet, clean, spacious, and full of charm. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The garden is a peaceful little oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. There’s so much to explore in the neighborhood, and Eleonora and Ben were the perfect hosts: friendly, responsive, and full of fantastic local recommendations. We were in town for a two-day music event, so our time was limited—but thanks to their great advice, we made the most of it. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!
