Super schöne und große Wohung in Holzoptik. Lage ruhig mit ein paar kleinen Cafes und Restaurants aber nicht zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Kein Seeblick vom Balkon, aber abends ist der Blick von der Promenade aus auf den See traumhaft. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um einfache Gerichte zu kochen. Auf dem Fernsehr ist sowohl youtube als auch netflix installiert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und jeder Zeit möglich. Im Ergeschoss gibt es eine Waschmaschiene und einen Trockner, die man gegen eine kleine Gebür nutzen kann. Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ein wenig Pflege würde hier viel bringen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Ich habe mehrere Woche in diesem Apartment verbracht. Die Lage ist großartig. In der Wohnung ist alles funktional. Die Nachbarn sind allerdings sehr laut, besonders am frühen morgen. Ich hab mich hier aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt!

We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. Thank you so much!

First of all I stayed with my 4 year old daughter. Lien was a great host, she was very responsive when it comes to replying to all my messages as well as giving the instructions to meet the airport pick up and to get into the room. As other reviewers mentioned , yes indeed the noise was there after 7pm until 11 ish pm, it was quite loud luckily wasn't really bothered my daughter as she was able to sleep through the noise. I didn't expect much since I read the reviews before booking the place. It was exactly as other reviewers described , e.g. a few furniture isn't the same as the photo and because the photo was taken with wide camera angle so then it look bigger . We chose this unit , because we liked the area as it was closed to where I needed to be , and we only use the room to sleep in the night as we spent whole day outside. I could say overall stay was okay.

Great host! Very convenient location to most any place you want go see or eat! Yen was awesome as was her staff!

I stayed for a month and was very happy with the apartment. The lake view and the balcony is awesome. It is fully equipped and cooking was possible. There is staff in the building from 7 am to 11 pm and they are generally helpful though there could have been some more explanations at checkin. Overall this a great place to stay!

Super logement pour vivre à Hanoï. À l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville, cet hébergement est idéal. Service ménage, gardien, parking et appareils ménagers parfaits. Petit bémol pour le manque de vaisselle, inconvénient seulement si vous comptez y vivre.

Perfect place for a stay in Hanoi. We had 3 months and loved it. Most things are walkable, you have all you need close by if you are not in the mood for walking. For us, it was perfect. The apartment might not be brand new, but it is in perfect condition and is well-kept. We felt at home. We had read about the noise from the school across the street - and true, some days they like their loudspeaker a little too much, but it was usually only for a short time. It was nothing major for us. The apartment is a little strange. I guess it was designed by a very creative person, but it made it a little fun. We highly recommend this place and will certainly pick it if we return to Hanoi.

Amazing host, very responsive and fluent in English. The communication is superb, quickly texts you and helps you arrive at the destination if needed. The room itself has been renovated not that long ago, so the pictures really are 1:1. If you don’t fall asleep easily with traffic in the background, the stay is not so recommended as you’re right next to a busy ‘highway’. For me personally it is relaxing and works as a sort of white noise! Also, you’ll find an amazing balcony view of the interesting way how the Vietnamese drive and scooter in front of you. The huge upside with the stay its location is that its only a 5 minute walk from the amazing nightlife of Hanoi as you walk directly into the market and its vibrant street vendors. The only downside is the shared bathroom; it is common in homestays and it could have been a little cleaner, it was however a very modern one! Overall 5/5 recommendation 🫶🏼

Harry’s is a lovely place to use as your base to explore Hanoi. It’s just outside all the chaos of the city, but still only a very short walk in - also very conveniently located for airport transfers. Will definitely stay again + recommend - thank you :)

A perfect space to escape the hustle & bustle of Hanoi to rest! While in walkable distance to plenty of cafes & restaurants. The Airbnb was extremely clean & looked exactly like the photos. Amazing value for money. Thankyou Anna 🥰

We had a perfect stay at Harry’s Residence! We arrived early from Sapa on the sleeper train and booked an extra night to check in early—everything was seamless, and we were able to settle in by 6am, which was such a relief. The room was clean, cozy, and immediately made us feel refreshed after our journey. The reception staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent—most of the places on our itinerary were just a 10–15 minute walk away. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful with our questions. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Super Unterkunft im Treiben von Hanoi. Man ist direkt mittendrin! Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und das Personal äußerst nett. Gelegentlich gab es mal ein paar Insekten in unserem Zimmer, aber ich schätze das ist normal in Hanoi. Insgesamt top Lage. Haben nichts zu bemängeln.

At the heart of the old quarter. Great place to stay if you need to be around the old quarte.

The location was great , right in the centre of the old quarter. The room is lit up all day long with natural light from two walls of windows which made the stay very enjoyable. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive and quick to reply.

We had a lovely time at Ha’s place. It’s very well located right next to the Train Street and close to the Oldtown. It was very clean, the staff was super friendly and always helped us with all sorts of questions, refilling water bottles etc. We definitely recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at Ficus Suite Apartments in Hanoi. The location is unbeatable - everything is within walking distance. We could easily explore the main tourist sites, wander around the old town, and discover delicious local food. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable - a perfect home base after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and offer recommendations. Overall, Ficus Suite Apartments offered great value for money. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Hanoi.
